There’s still no word on when Toshiba’s 9mm thick touchscreen TG01 handset will hit the states if ever but those in Japan and Spain will be seeing the phone as early as next month.
This information comes to us from DOCOMO and Telefonica. DOCOMO being the Japanese carrier who will market the TG01 as docomo PRO series T-01A while Telefonica will market the device in Spain as the TG01.
Just a quick reminder, Toshiba’s TG01 features a 1GHz procesor from Qualcomm, a 4.1″ 800 x 480 WVGA touchscreen and Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional customized with a 3D user interface. Additionally it will a have support for GPS, WiFI, HSDPA along with a microSD. Let’s just hope it finds a U.S. carrier soon.

Mobiado has introduced its Professional 105GCB Rose which is a luxurious cell phone constructed using techniques from Swiss watch-making. In the Mobiado tradition, the 105GCB Rose comes with a case built out of sapphire crystal and plated with 18K gold – rose gold, to be more exact.
Additionally, it has sapphire crystal keys that are hand-painted with the same type of 18K rose gold. Furthermore, the phone has “gun metal black stainless steel screws” and an unusual, patent-pending battery cover mechanism. There is no word on procing yet.

Mobiado recently expanded its hardwood Executive Model series of luxury handsets by launching Professional 105 EM in Ebony, Cocobolo and 24-K gold. All the three designs are very stylish. They offer an elegant and chic look. The luxury phone works on dual-band WCDMA networks and quad-band GSM/EGSM. It is expected to ba available in Africa, Europe, North and South America and the Asia-Pacific.
The phone boasts internal memory of 1 GB, 2-megapixel camera and an integrated music player. The 2” display supports 16 million colors. It can be easily connected through Bluetooth and USB. The anodized aluminum case engulfs sapphire crystal buttons on the keypad giving it a highly sophisticated look.

One of the most anticipated digital SLR cameras, the Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III, will hit the Japanese markets in late November. Boasting a 21.1 megapixel resolution, the successor to the hugely popular EOS-1Ds Mark II offers 100-1600 ISO levels. With its 35mm full-size CMOS sensor, professional photographers have a lot to look forward to in this baby. With the inclusion of the new DIGIC III featuring two advanced imaging engines, the camera supports JPEG and RAW image formats, plus 19-point autofocus.
The EF lens is housed in a dustproof housing, while the EOS Integrated Cleaning System offers high reliability. If you thought the Canon EOS-1D Mark III, which was unleashed in May 2007 was good, well, you may find yourself drooling for the 1Ds Mark III. The mammoth camera features a big 3″ preview LCD.
While pricing information is not available, it feels good to know that the Canon EOS 1Ds Mark III will hit the stores late November 2007. Of course, the package does not include lens.
