If that’s the real price of the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 then the phone will definitely not be a success. The Xperia X10 is the first Android phone manufactured by Sony Ericsson and it also happens to be the current flagship phone of the company. So how come no U.S. carrier has announced the intention of offering it to its customers?

The Xperia X10 is rumored to arrive in stores in February 2010 and it’s expected to cost around $870. How much are you willing to pay for an Android phone? Wouldn’t you rather get the Droid Eris at $99.99 on contract instead?

  • How many times have you heard that the iPhone is going to China? How many times have we told you that Chinese carriers are just about to launch Apple’s hot phone? Well we’re just about to do it again and it looks like this time everything is for real.

China Unicom is the carrier that’s going to bring the iPhone to China and we have even prices to prove it. The iPhone will cost $733 without a contract but you’ll definitely want to get it for a subsidized price if you are one of China Unicom’s 141 million subscribers. Well that’s possible of course and you’ll be able to pay from $131 to $623 for the iPhone as long as you choose a new contract from $130 per month to $18 per month, respectively. And yes, if you do the math, getting a subsidized iPhone from China Unicom will be a whole lot cheaper than getting it from AT&T.

Motorola launched its first Android phone yesterday at Mobilize 09. And the Cliq has briefly popped up on T-Mobile’s website, the official carrier for Motorola’s newest phone. We have some prices for you right now, and although they look pretty real we’ll be waiting for T-Mobile to confirm them in the near future. It looks like those of your opting for a new T-Mobile contract will get the Cliq for free, which is a great deal if you’re considering getting your first Android phone. In case you want to pay the full price then be ready to pay $399.99 which is the full price for the Cliq. So what do you say? Are you going to purchase the Cliq?

Nokia Booklet 3G to Cost You $799?

Nokia’s first laptop was unveiled yesterday and today we find out that it could cost a lot more than we’d be willing to pay for it. Just because it says Nokia on it that doesn’t mean the regular consumer would pay $799 for a netbook. After all that’s what the Booklet 3G is, a netbook, and the rumored price, $799, seems like an awful lot of money to spend on it. Considering that Apple’s future tablet is rumored to cost somewhere in the same neighborhood we’d definitely advice Nokia to reconsider the price for the Booklet. Otherwise people are simply going to choose similar netbooks which are a lot cheaper than Nokia’s first computer.

  • Last time we talked about T-Mobile’s upcoming HTC Touch Pro2 we had no idea how much the phone will cost. And T-Mobile is still not saying anything about price tags. But with a few days to go until the phone will find its way into stores, new images of the handset and a few pricing details have leaked to the public. It looks like the HTC Touch Pro2 will be available for $299 with a new 2-year plan while those of you not interested in new contracts will have to pay $599 for the phone.

What do you say? Are you going to get your HTC Touch Pro2 next week from T-Mobile or you’re ready to wait until everyone else launches their version?
