All The Latest Cell Phone, Gadget and Tech News

Yesterday we were informed that the Samsung Solstice A887 was probably on its way to AT&T next month with a price of $99.

Well today the phone was spotted in a banner on Samsung’s AT&T handset directory page, as you can see above.

While it still doesnt’ give us official word on a price or release date I think it is now safe to say that this phone will, in fact, be hitting AT&T at some point in the near future.

The rumormill has one again begun, this time hinting at a release date and price point for Apples much rumored “iTablet” . News comes to us from the China Times that says the Tablet will be shipping ot the public for $800 this October.

Additionally, they have told us that Foxconn, Wintek and Dynapack will be the device’s primary manufacturers. Make note that back in May, Wintek was the company whom supplied Apple with a bunch of 9.7″ touchscreen displays, see a connection?

Let’s just hope that we get an official announcement from Apple soon so we can lay these rumors to rest once and for all.

  • More Zune HD rumors

On Wednesday we got the first batch of Zune HD rumors that stated there would be 16GB/32GB models along with the fact that it would be coming on August 8th. Despite those remaining unconfirmed, more Zune HD rumors continue to trickle out.

This time around we hear that in addition to the 16GB/32GB models, consumers will also have a 64GB model to choose from at some point down the road. As for a price point, rumor has it the 16GB base model (or whatever size it actually comes in) will be had for anywhere between $249 and $280.

More excitingly, this batch of rumors also points to the fact that the Zune HD will support 720p video through its HDMI out. Again, take these how you will until we have official confirmation from Microsoft themselves.
