If rumors are true, Verizon Wireless may be coming out with another mobile phone with the LG Chocolate Touch VX8575 this October. Originally posted by Dax a couple of days ago, the LG Chocolate Touch VX8575 carries an entirely different look compared to the much publicized LG Chocolate BL40. Most of the striking features were already covered in that post although one rumored addition was the presence of a drum pad and keyboard. With this add-on, people can whip up their own beats!

The features laid out for the LG Chocolate Touch VX8575 are indeed tempting to consider. And most of the features can be finally verified come October 18 once Verizon officially rolls out the phone. No word on the retail price though.

  • Here is an iPhone app that can save the neck of employees from inexcusable alibis, especially if their presence is needed in emergency meetings which can really be boring. The app is the iSoBusy Fake Call for the iPhone, an app armed with over 23 built-in callers to rescue individuals and business executives from social and business situations.

Though it seems like a foolish way to run away from responsibility, the bright side is that you will never run into a lame excuse just in case you are unable to make your presence for important meetings. And thanks to its intent, this iPhone app has even garnered the “best-ranked application of its kind”.

iSoBusy also has a Virtual Accomplice Recording Studio, the first and only fake call app enabling owners to create up to 17 original callers. Users can even change caller names and add photos of friends, family and co-workers to make the ruse as authentic as possible.

Here is a great app that parents are bound to want. The iPhone app is the BabyPhone Deluxe, a software that assists parents in monitoring their toddlers. It takes the pain of having to monitor what a baby is doing or when he awakens, alerting parents on what is happening even though they are not beside them.

BabyPhone Deluxe works similar like a standard baby monitor: just switch on the application and place your iPhone / G1 in a distance of 2 to 3 meters to your sleeping baby. The mobile will call the configurable phone number when a sound exceeds an adjustable level. So it is possible to hear everything that is going on in the child’s room.

Also, it can record and help monitor your child’s behavior without the need for your presence. You can leave the BabyRecorder by your child during nighttime which may be helpful should your child have some problems as far as the medical aspect is concerned.

The said app is available at the iTunes App Store for $4.99.
