The FCC has just revealed a Dell printer which is going to be released soon. It’s a Bluetooth printer which will print stuff for you without ink. It’s going to use Zink technology for printing but we don’t exactly know more details. We’re probably going to have a similar printing experience to Polaroid-pictures printing.

Well, the product uses ZINK Zero Ink Photo Technology. Meaning, you can only use ZINK photo paper for it. The said photo paper already contains the colors yellow, cyan and magenta. The dyes are colorless before printing. What releases them during the printing process is heat. The printed pics are only a bit bigger than playing cards and they could be printed within seconds.
