A few weeks ago T-Mobile decided to try the paper free route with customer bills, and the plan to achieve this was pretty simple - charge $1.50 per month. Good idea? Not really…
After informing all (33 million) customers that everyone who didn’t opt for the internet version would have to pay that small fee, customers got “angry” and cried a bit, which was enough for T-Mobile to reverse their decision, which means the billing paper is still free for everyone, at least for now. Take in consideration that the plan was suppose to go live this past Saturday, but it can be considered an epic fail.
