If for some reason you feel the need to own a touch sensitive number pad then you should check out Elecom’s latest piece of hardware, pcitured above.
This USB powered device will give you the ability to input numbers with touch but that’s not all as it will also double as a trackpad with several gesture based features such as zoom/scroll etc.
There’s no word on if/when this device will hit North American shelves but it will be made available over seas later this month for around $72.

Way back in May of ‘07 we were given a glimpse of the extremely simple, designed for seniors, bare basic Jitterbug handset. The device featured only 3 control buttons to make the whole thing as easy as possible.
Now, the Jitterbug J has recently hit the scene for Verizon Wireless. As you can see, it does away with the 3 button control and opts for a more conventional number pad.
Of course, this phone isn’t as feature extensive as say an iPhone, but it’ll get the job done if you’re looking for the basics.
