The app is the Audobon Guides App, an app released by The National Audobon Society to provide an innovative way of providing information about the natural world at the palm of your hands. The first set of app guides cater to the birds, wildflowers, trees and mammals.
These spate of informative materials should come in handy for the people who love the outdoors or find themselves exploring nature at its finest. The four initial Audobon Guides App are available at the iTunes app store at various prices. The limited-time-only prices are $19.99 for Birds and $9.99 each for Wildflowers, Trees and Mammals.

Sprint has announced the availability of 28 new bird call ringtones in association with the National Audobon Society. Among the new bird call ringtones include the Field Sparrow, Red-belled Woodpecker and the Black-capped Chickadee and are compatible with all Sprint handsets that include the recently released Samsung Reclaim.
The ringtones can be downloaded by texting BIRD to 1111 or by going directly to the Sprint website. Standard text rates will be applied when downloading these ringtones. These new ringtones aim to raise the awareness of Audobon’s directive to protect and conserve birds and their natural habitat.
