For gamers, Wolfenstein is certainly something familiar. It goes by the same genre as Doom where a player goes through a series of mazes in an underground setting to fight off monsters and reach the boss. Now, the same popular RPG game, Wolfenstein RPG comes to the iPhone and the iPod Touch, a game that will certainly be downloaded by people addicted to such first person RPGs.
In Wolfenstein RPG, players can save the world as Sergeant B.J. Blazkowicz, leader of an elite U.S. fighting unit, who is imprisoned by the evil Axis Army and must annihilate enemies in 9 action-packed levels. Utilizing the innovative Multi-Touch user interface of iPhone and iPod touch, players tap to pick up weapons to hit, kick, dynamite and destroy super soldiers, zombies and the shadowy Harbinger of Doom; swipe to control fighting and walking motions; and use the accelerometer to propel the sniper rifle into action.

By now we are all aware that the Blackberry App World was finally unveiled and it looks like Glu Mobile Inc. will be contributing its own share of software there.
Glu Mobile Inc., revealed that it will deliver 30 titles on BlackBerry App World, the convenient place for consumers to find great applications designed for BlackBerry smartphones from Research In Motion (RIM).
“BlackBerry App World will provide users with a one-stop-shop to find all of their favorite applications,” said Jill Braff, senior vice president of global publishing, Glu Mobile. “We look forward to providing a quick and easy way for consumers to easily access games for their BlackBerry smartphones.”

If you are anxious to watch the latest film from Dreamworks, Monsters vs. Aliens, you can get a teaser of sorts with this new app for the iPhone.
AvatarLabs, one of Hollywood’s leading online marketing agencies, specializing in the creation of online rich media, sites and original branded digital content, announced today the U.S. launch of the “Monsters vs. Aliens” iPhone and iPod Touch application on Apple’s App Store in support of the upcoming theatrical release from DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc.
There are two versions of the app available now on the Apple App Store. The LITE version is a free download that allows users to learn more about the film, watch videos, view downloadable film stills and find show times at nearby theaters. There is also a special interactive sneak peek of one of the film’s Monsters: B.O.B., the indestructible gelatinous mass hidden from the public eye by the government.
The free “MONSTERS VS. ALIENS” B.O.B. app and the “MONSTERS VS. ALIENS” B.O.B. Bundle for sale at $1.99 are both available from Apple’s App Store on iPhone and iPod touch or at http://www.apple.com/iphone/appstore/
