Mobile banking or sending money through the use of our mobile phones has been something present for certain countries. However, starting next year, Nokia will be joining the fray as it is set to unveil Nokia Money.

As the name connotes, Nokia Money is all about allowing users to send money or settle their financial obligations like bills through a simple text message. To make this all happen, Nokia is currently busy building a network of Nokia Money agents where users can deposit or withdraw funds right on their very own accounts.

Nokia Money will be presented at the coming Nokia World this September and is expected to commence in 2010.
