Remember Verizon’s BOGO program? Well then you’ll be more than happy to know the promotion is back. And the whole deal has just gotten better. It’s not BOGO anymore but BOGA! That means you can buy a BlackBerry from Verizon and get anything else for free. You can choose from netbooks and mobile devices so you should definitely check it out.

The new promo applies to any BlackBerry you can think of that’s available from Verizon. Once you buy one you’ll be able to choose another BlackBerry, a netbook, a PC card, USM modem or a MiFi. The promotion will run through October 10 so you have plenty of time to decide what combination to chose.

Novatel has announced a new MiFi router, the 2372, which will work perfectly anywhere in North America. The router will offer you 7.2Mbps HSDPA connectivity for up to five devices. Besides GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSPA connectivity the router will bring you GPS and microSD card support, although you’re probably going to get it for that 3G-sharing feature. There aren’t any pricing details just yet but I’m sure some North American carriers are already thinking about subsidizing the Mifi 2372 so it’s only a matter of time until those prices will be available.

The gadget above is the new Novatel MiFi 2200 personal hotspot which should be released by Verizon Wireless soon. The device isn’t bigger than a credit card and it will offer you about four hours of EVDO connectivity on each charge. You will be able to connect your laptops and cell phones to it and surf the Internet while on the go. Is there a data cap? How much will Verizon charge per month for the service? We don’t have all the hot details so far but the MiFi router should sell for $200 when Verizon decides to release it.

I’ve been hearing a lot of rumors regarding the MiFi WiFi, and I am really happy to find out they were more than true! In a positive way of course. Let me share the MiFi with you folks! It is a portable device allowing you to create, edit, manage and use a 3G internet connection. The really cool thing about it is that you can easily create a Hotspot that friends of yours can use. You will be able to share CDMA and GSM data at EVDO Rev. or HSPA speds with this MiFi Intelligent Mobile Hotspot.

Peter Leparulo, chairman and CEO of Novatel Wireless.

With the pocket-sized MiFi device, Novatel Wireless has invented a new category of mobile broadband solutions, pushing the envelope in design and performance and ushering in the next era of the mobile broadband experience.

It combines a cool design with pretty great skills and I hope it will come at an affordable price in Q1 of 2009 when it will be available.
