Finally, its here! The Motorola ZN4 Krave is being launched today by Verizon Wireless. The Krave ZN4 is one of the coolest phones most of you have seen in a while. It is a variant of the Motorola Ming which never made its way to the United States market.
The Krave offers a unique phone design and looks so much like a Star Trek communicator. Yet, it adds more features while offering innovative design tweaks to an intuitive and easy-to-use touch interface. There’s still no Wi-fi though and the camera editing options are few and the Web browser takes acclimation. But still, the Krave remains a sharp and satisfying device that’s sure to become a conversation piece. It can be had from Verizon Wireless for the price of $149 with a two-year contract.

We talked about Motorola’s Krave ZN4 phone last week and we have now a scheduled arrival date for the handset. Verizon is going to launch it on October 14th at 9AM EST. Huh? 9AM? That early? That’s more details than I would have wanted to know. After all the Krave isn’t the must-have-phone we were all waiting for, right? But as we’re expecting for Motorola to wake up and start launching decent phones, we’re going to give this one the benefit of the doubt and check it thoroughly once the Mac event is finished.

Verizon seems ready to launch Motorola ZN4 Krave. According to the screenshot above The Network will sell Motorola’s touchscreen phone for about $150 with a two year contract.
The ZN4 Krave might be a worthy Motorola phone. And we should have been receiving quite a few of those so far, but Motorola has been busy doing nothing. We don’t have all the specs and the kinky features of this ZN4 Krave handset but we’ll drop in at any given time to tell you what’s what once Verzion will officially announce it. The Krave will be available later this month. Better check with your local Verzion Wireless store.
