Amazon second Kindle has been just released and people are already talking about the future of Amazon’s gadget. The third Kindle should be equipped with a larger screen which would make a better fit to newspaper companies. Amazon hasn’t officially commented on the matter but according to the Wall Street Journal, Kindle 3 might make an appearance sometime before Christmas. Considering that other manufacturers have announced their interest in creating Kindle-like gadgets, we have high expectations from the next-gen Kindle.

As we said before, Amazon’s new Kindle 2 is already available for sale but what about a Kindle 3? We have been picking up Kindle 3 rumors sooner than we expected. The new e-reader should be bigger in size and similar to an 8.5 x 11-inch sheet of paper. Similar to the Hearst concept we’ve just shown you right?

According to sources from Prime View International, the guys that make the electrophoretic display for the Kindle, the next Kindle will be launched by the end of the year and it will also feature a touch-friendly display. Would you dump your Kindle 2 in favor of the next version if this rumor turns out to be true?
