Are Smileys a big part of your life? Spending too much time on your favorite instant messenger chatting with your friends? Well then you might order this 16-key emoticon keyboard from Bajca. These Smileys will come in handy both online and offline. Besides being the right buttons to express your feeling online, they can be picked up from that keyboard and turned into bracelets, rings, necklaces… Question is, do you have the time to sign off your messenger and actually wear that jewelery?

We all love blondes-jokes right? Well here a gadget joke. The keyboard in the picture was designed for blondes of all ages, all sexes and probably for all blondes no matter what hair color they have.
The keyboard comes in pink and instead of regular it has special labeled keys like LOL, OMG and smileys. The Space bar is labeled as “The Big One” while the Alt key is labeled “Useless key” and the X key is labeled “XOXO”. Besides special keys there’s a special downloads which provides special sound effects. All of that would be ready for you for $49.95.

Working late at night? Playing lots of online games while your roommate is trying to sleep? With the Eclipse III keyboard you won’t have any trouble finding certain keys as they are all backlit. The lights are multicolored so you will know which one is which. Besides that it will get you a “two stage height” adjustor system, headphone and audio ports and Windows and Internet keys.
The new keyboard doesn’t have an arrival date and we don’t know how much it will cost. But we’ll keep you posted.

What you see in the video above is a full QWERTY keyboard for the iPhone. Just the perfect gadget to introduce to your iPhone. In case you have to write lots of documents, emails, SMS messages the virtual keyboard might just not be enough for you.
In order to make such a keyboard work you’d need to jailbreak your iPhone and then connect a Palm/Visor external keyboard to it through a custom cable. So developers, let’s go to the next level! What about a Bluetooth QWERTY keyboard for the iPhone?

Here’s an interesting concept. The keyboard in the picture isn’t just a simple keyboard, it’s also a mouse. The Glide Keyboard from Weston Boege will help you type and click in the same time.
Slide the keyboard around your desk, I know, that can be really annoying, and use the integrated mouse controls to click your way around work. I’d like to see a price and an availability date stuck on the back of this keyboard. It would be sure fun to use it!

Tired of your plain old keyboard but strapped for cash? Always wanted a Razer keyboard? Well, you are in luck then, as Razer has announced a new pair of keyboards, both spins on their Lycosa keyboard.
One of them is Arctosa, a stripped down model that retains the form factor, macro capabilities, anti-ghosting and response time of its big-brother model, all the while dumping the flashing bells and whistles like backlighting to achieve a price tag of $40.
The other keyboard is double that price, but swaps out the rubber coating of the Lycosa keyboard for a glossy, shiny approach, though everything else is the same under the hood.
Whichever one you want, the Arctosa is the cheapest you can get a Razer.

Dell, Microsoft and now HP have each launched at least a new pair of keyboard and mouse. Some look better and some are definitely more efficient. Today we came across HP’s Wireless Comfort Keyboard and Mouse. (more…)

I didn’t follow Microsoft’s event today. I basically knew what was going to happen there since most of the stuff that got launched today was leaked earlier on. On top of that I was watching the other guy, telling it how it is in the MP3 world.

Dell has designed a new mouse and a new keyboard for your future desktop systems. As you can see in the picture above, the mouse doesn’t look special. What’s special about it is the fact that it will sport the LaserStream Technology developed by Agilent Technologies and currently used in various Logitech G-series mice. That means the boring Dell mouse will have a second-generation laser sensor which will run at around 2000 DPI. (more…)

Logitech has a few new keyboard scheduled for release. The most interesting design to me is the Illuminated Keyboard. Not only will you get a fully backlit keyboard but it’s going to be only about 9.3 mm thin. That piece of hardware will be available for $80 in October. (more…)

You might remember Optimus Pultius. He was the second cousin of Brutus son, of Caesar, Governer of Rome and the Eastern Empire. Not! Although it sounds roman, Optimus Pultius is a modern piece of technology. It’s the keypad you were always waiting for. It’s the keypad you would take on a deserted island with your two other things, the laptop and broadband connection.

We’ve seen lots of keyboards so far. No matter how weird they looked like, we have showed them to you. It’s now the turn of Kinesis’ ergonomic keyboard to be analyzed.
Kinesis says they have a first time ever fully adaptable ergonomic keyboard. There are two new accessories for the Freestyle Convertible Keyboard family which makes them that adaptable. (more…)

What do we have here? It’s not just a keyboard, it’s a rumored Microsoft keyboard. It’s supposed to be called SideWinder X6. What does it have to offer? Well, besides the programmable keys, there’s a detachable numeric keypad which can go either on the left or on the right side of the keyboard. There’s also a cruise control thing which is supposed to “emulate a steady keypress”. Wonder why I would need that? Would it let me type faster?

So your wedding anniversary is coming soon and you want to buy something special for your wife/girlfriend/boyfriend? Or do you happen to have way to much money? In any case you might want to check out a golden keyboard.
There’s a dude in Japan, Wazakura Koubou which will make a golden keyboard for you. And we all know how important personalized devices are. We’ve seen Dell painting their laptops earlier this year, so why not paint a keyboard in gold?
The golden keyboard connects via USB to your PC. The keys are plated with 99.99% pure gold. There are two models, one called Kagayaki which must mean The Most Expensive and comes at $270 while the Kirameki model which should be short for As Cheap As it Gets comes at only $217. Does the Kirameki have fewer keys? Or it’s not exactly 99.99% pure gold?

That’s right folks, we have pictures with the actual keyboard from BlackBerry Thunder. Sure it’s a exactly the same touchscreen keyboard the iPhone has. Well not exactly the same identical one but the same concept. You get my point right? From what we can see here, and if it’s not photoshopped, the Thunder looks good. I don’t think anyone will miss the real QWERTY classic keyboard. We’ve heard some weird rumors about the Thunder last week but from this pictures everything seems to be going fine, with RIM on its way of releasing another best seller.
Let’s not forget about the haptic feedback system this BlackBerry is going to have. Hopefully it’s going to work out just fine and we will get that great touch and feel experience when dealing with RIM’s touchscreen. And besides the actual tactile feeling you will get a click sound similar to the sound a pressed key makes. It’s weird why we feel the need to receive a response when touching a screen. Did I say touching? I mean multi-touching of course. That’s right, multi-touch is rumored to be available.
Waiting for more picture and facts about this BlackBerry here. Bad news or good news we’re covering all kinds, just send it in!

We’re not looking at keyboards every day but every once in a while we find something interesting. Here’s a keyboard from Japan. Not only is it wireless but it’s also powered by light. Just above the numeric keypad there’s an adjustable solar panel. Simply move it around to make the most of your light source. It will power up your keyboard immediately replacing those usual batteries. Sure you can run it on batteries too, but why not use the Sun’s energy instead?
Besides the regular keys you get a bunch of hotkeys for media and Internet applications. Now you will be able to simply write your emails and documents on this wireless keyboard while using the light in the room to charge it.
This 2.4GHz wireless device is available for $120. A good price since you will be saving quite a lot on batteries from now on. Just make sure you’re not working in the shadows.

Here’s an all leather black keyboard. Nothing wrong with that, after all we’ve seen keyboards made of glass right?
What’s particular about this keyboard is the lack of any letters of symbols. Isn’t that cool? Yes it is if your typing skills are great and your memory is good enough to remember where all those punctuation marks are placed. Being efficient with this keyboard is actually harder then you might think. Sure it’s cool and it’s made out of leather but that’s about all it can do. Are there any other colors available?

Not the most complicated keyboards I’ve seen, but certainly one of the best looking. This No-Key Touch Keyboard is indeed made out of glass and it will add coolness to your working environment. I’d have trouble matching it to the rest of my gear but I’d blog from it, no question’s asked. I wonder if it works for video games. Like everyone, I’ve had my share of multiplayer video-gaming where a good, dependable keyboard was needed.

Well I like how this mini QWERTY keyboard looks like. It’s small, portable, and it connects via Bluetooth to your selected device. You will be able to text faster than with your ultra small full keyboard or with any virtual touch screen keyboard.
