Jabra Stone is one unique Bluetooth headset

There has been much hype about the Jabra Stone. Part of it is its unique design as the headset fits in the charger to make a seemingly seamless smooth stone. It also has a touch sensitive shell for its controls rather than the traditional buttons.

It has a talk time of 2 hours, plus a dock that is good for three extra charges. The standby time is reportedly 12 days. The Jabra Stone will hit AT&T stores on November 8th, with a price of $130.

Jabra is famous for its accessories made for mobile phones, like the GO 6400 or the BT2080 (which is Eco-Friendly) but the latest addition is the Jabra CRUISER - considered stylish and above the average in terms of quality.

The Jabra CRUISER has a couple of features that make it stand out from the rest, like the double microphone technology - integrated in a speakerphone - that is used to reduce the environmental noises, so you can say goodbye to the traffic sound and other problematic noises. It also comes with a “Voice announcement” function that reads the name of the caller, or in case you don’t understand the name, it can also read the number.

On top of this 2 good features, this Cruiser can be used by 2 cellphones at the same time. This bluetooth speakerphone costs $160 and has 14 hours of battery life in talking mode, or 300 in stand-by mode.

Jabra have announced two new wireless headsets - the Jabra GO 6400 which uses Bluetooth and the PRO 9400 which uses DECT. They come complete with a base station that has an integrated 2.4-inch capacitive touchscreen display that allows for calls to be switched between, numbers redialed and volume adjusted.

Each unit can handle a combination of cellphone, landline, and VoIP calls, with the Synaptics-sourced display use to flip between them.  The Jabra GO 6400 has the standard Bluetooth range, while the PRO 9400 range is up to 450 feet. Caller ID is supported, and the headsets dock magnetically to recharge. These two new wireless systems from Jabra will be available in the U.S. beginning in September and will be priced from $199.

  • While most other noise-canceling headsets try reducing audio frequency to provide a clearer call quality, Jabra’s BT530 Bluetooth headset has taken a page out of noise-canceling headphones’ book to deliver a much better experience compared to the others. It’s Noise Blackout technology features two microphones, one to capture ambient noises to be filtered out and another to capture the user’s voice. Furthermore, Audio Shock Protection and advanced DSP technology monitor the incoming audio volume and balances sound to give a noiseless experience to both the parties in a call. The BT530 can also be connected to PCs and Bluetooth-capable deskphones or softphones, opening up a world of usage in the workplace or at home. The headset can provide up to 5.5 hours of talktime on a single charge with 250 hours of standy time on a single charge, which can be done via a microUSB charger.

The Jabra BT530 will retail for a mere $99.99 when it becomes available in September in stores across the country.

You want an all-in-one device to listen to your music? Well, look no more. Check out the Jabra BT8030 Bluetooth Stereo Headphones, which, not only works as a cool headphone but can also function as a speaker.

Jabra fell in love with this concept through years of experience. Once you turn up the volume on your headphones, you can hear it as if its a speaker. So, Jabra came up with this idea where you can just turn on the speakerphone whenever you feel like doing so. But of course, when you’re on the move, you can use is as a headphone originally.

The speaker / headphone combo will also play music over Bluetooth, lasting up to 26 hours in music mode, 32 hours in talk mode, and sitting in standby for up to 25 days. It’ll retail for $249.99.
