INQ to Launch Spotify Phone

If you’re familiar with the European music service Spotify then you might like a future Spotify-based phone made by INQ. The phone should be launched by Telia as soon as Spotify and INQ finish building it. At this point there aren’t that many details about the future handset but things seem to check out. Both INQ and Spotify are backed by Li Ka-Shing, one of the wealthiest persons on Earth which also happens to be interested in mobile technology and social networking (he’s also one of Facebook’s well known investors.)

We will probably find out more about INQ’s future Spotify phone in the near future, but unless you live in Europe, it’s less likely that you’ll get a chance to be interested in it anytime soon.

INQ to Launch Android Phones Soon

INQ is another manufacturer that is ready to go Android. And once you go Android you never go back, do you? The company has just launched the INQ Mini 3G and the Chat but it seems that’s all history right now. The company is going to launch at least one Android touchscreen phone in the near future. And INQ will surely pack the new Android phone with lots of social networking features just as Motorola did with its first Android phone, the Cliq. We’ll be back with more details once INQ will be ready to show everyone its first Android touchscreen phone.

  • INQ brings two new and easy to use 3G mobiles, equipped with Twitter and Sync capabilities. But that is not all. These new phones from INQ present a wider array of features that should capture the fancy of mobile phone users, particularly the ones who are into social media and some other features that cover videos and photos.

There are 2 phones up for consideration. The first is the INQ Chat 3G, INQ’s first qwerty-style phone and the INQ Mini 3G. Twitter is perhaps the highlight of both new phones, since INQ has worked closely with Twitter developers to come come up with the Twitter apps for both the phones.

Also, these price-sensitive phones boast of a plug and play HSDPA modems enabling high-speed wireless broadband on PCs and Macs. The INQ Chat 3G and INQ Mini 3G applications can be updated over the air, a feature essential to keep pace with how online applications change and consumer usage evolves.

INQ2 is a handset made by INQ that will bring social networking even closer than its predecessor, the INQ1 did. INQ1 handled your Facebook friends and let you make Skype calls. The INQ2 will add to all that Twitter support. You will surely be aware of all your friends’ moves and activities. Will we get any support for other social networking sites? How much will the INQ2 cost and when will it be released? Looking forward to INQ to shed some light on these matters.
