Sure, it’s not as cool as Nokia’s recently announced N97 mini, but it looks like a RAZR and that’s cool enough for me. Anyways, what you see above is the Nokia Mural which was recently announced to be coming to AT&T on September 6th for $49.99 after rebate and a 2-year contract.

This phone will feature a 2.2-inch screen, 3G, external music buttons, 2mp camera, IM and email clients, and a microSDHC slot.

The best feature of all? The fact that you can customize the phone’s lighting, woo!

INQ2 is a handset made by INQ that will bring social networking even closer than its predecessor, the INQ1 did. INQ1 handled your Facebook friends and let you make Skype calls. The INQ2 will add to all that Twitter support. You will surely be aware of all your friends’ moves and activities. Will we get any support for other social networking sites? How much will the INQ2 cost and when will it be released? Looking forward to INQ to shed some light on these matters.

Palringo is pretty known by being a “Mobile Instant Messaging Client” that can either work with cellphones or computers, and their latest feature which will be released on Tuesday is live location information, also known as Palringo Local.

What is the purpose of Palringo Local? As the name suggests, it provides information about the current location of your contacts. In some locations it can even track users down to street level.

Scenarios in which Live Location can be used:

- your date is late and you want to know where he/she exactly is
- track down the unpunctual player of your soccer game to see how much time you’ll have to wait
- use your imagination to come up with more

No need to worry about privacy issues like the scandal of Google shared posts at Google Reader, the Palringo Local only works by opting in.

Even opted in, users retain control over which contacts can see their location. Location may also be set manually.

PS - Palringo supports MSN, Yahoo Chat, AIM, ICQ, Google Talk, Jabber, and other messengers.

Mundu IM for Apple iPhone

Mundu IM for iPhone

Geodesic unveiled the new Mundu IM - iPhone Edition, filling in a void of IM applications on the iPhone. The instant messenger client was on beta for a while, but now the Safari-optimized edition is now available for users. With Mundu IM, it is possible to chat with your friends on Yahoo, MSN, Google Talk and AIM. What’s more, it also lets you maintain simultaneous login to multiple IM services, and has the ability to search/remove contacts and custom status messages. Oh, yeah, and smileys too.

Note that this is not a native iPhone app - it runs on the Safari browser that ships with the iPhone. Nonetheless, an IM client on the phone is really useful, so give this one a try.
