The Celltronix VR1 Bluetooth headset in the pictures has one extra trick that most Bluetooth headsets can’t perform. The device will be able to record up to 8 minutes of incoming or outgoing calls for you. The device can also be used to record voice memo so if you don’t mind speaking to yourself every once in a while then go ahead and grab it. The VR1’s price matches its capabilities and it can be purchased for just over $100. What do you say?

H17 is the codename of the new headset produced by Motorola, which will be available for purchase in the near future, for an unknown price so far. This is the smallest and lightest headset in the Motorola product line, and its style makes it look pretty good.
Thanks to the RapidConnect function, users can easily answer a call by flipping the switch - just that. The H17 is able to inform users when the battery is low, and then the sound is mute. Additionally, the CrystalTalk function makes the talks clearer then ever before, thanks to the noice-cancellation technology. The battery system seems pretty good, taking in consideration that charging the device for 15 minutes is the same as 2 hours of battery life.
Check more details at the official Motorola website.

Sony Ericsson has presented a special headset named MH907. It is considered special because it’s the first motion-controlled headset in the market, which means no buttons are required in order to make it work.
The MH907 heaset uses SensMe technology which is able to recognize when the user wants to listen to music, or take a call. In other words: if you use the 2 earbuds the music starts automatically; if you remove 1 earbud it means you’re about to take a call, and if you remove both earbuds the music stops. Sadly these headsets will only work with Sony Ericsson devices.

Is RIM going to launch a watch phone anytime soon? Well we’re not quite sure on what kind of watch RIM is currently working on we know it’s supposed to be a Bluetooth-enabled watch. The smart watch might come with features like 3.5 mm connectivity, Twitter and/or Facebook updates, caller ID and SMS messages support. But nothing is yet official. We don’t even know the name of the future gadget and we have no pictures of the device at this time. But we’re counting on disgruntled employees to leak some pictures in the near future.
A high-end Bluetooth headset is also expected soon from RIM. The “Alpha 1” will let you stream your favorite songs or get navigation directions through a silicone earpiece. You know, just like Mr. Bond, James Bond, is currently using.
What say you? Interested in any of these new gadgets?

It seems that a company by the name of Hybra Advance Technology is looking to hype up their forthcoming Orb headset by giving us some press images of the device.
Pictured above is what the Orb looks like when it’s ready for action and in its closed state appearing to be nothing more than a ring. This is an interesting design, especially for those who can’t seem to keep track of their Bluetooth headsets. Additionally the Orb will reportedly feature a deluxe edition with a Flexible OLED display perfect for displaying caller IDs and other noticies you would want to see without wipping out your handset.
Hybra Advance Technology’s Orb Bluetooth headset is slated for a January 2010 release at an estimate $129. The Flexible OLED display touting deluxe edition, on the other hand, is slated for an April 2010 release at an estimated $175.

This Callpod Dragon Bluetooth headset has lots of extra things those other headsets don’t have. Noise-cancellation, extended range and multiple pairing are all great but kind of basic these days. How about a built-in walkie-talkie feature too?

How many times have you ever seen a woman with a Bluetooth headset? Not many, right? But if a woman were to be offered the above Bluetooth headsets designed by Ilya Fridman, I am pretty sure she will not decline. With no ugly ear hooks that come as a part of any contemporary headset, these style icons need only a flip of the mic downwards or pressing in the center to activate the talk function. We are pretty sure this idea will sell if it ever becomes a reality, but what matters more is, does Jabra think so too?

Motorola’s press release revealed two new noise cancellation universal headsets for everyones mobile entertainment needs. As one of the world’s market leader in Bluetooth enabled accessories, Motorola introduced universal Bluetooth headsets that are the best for background noise cancellation: the MOTOPURE H15 Universal Bluetooth Headset and the Motorola H780 Universal Bluetooth Headset.
The MOTOPURE H15 Universal Bluetooth Headset features an exclusive flip design and has the best background noise cancellation, based on independent testing of the top-selling dual-microphone Bluetooth headsets. It is designed for busy, mobile consumers who are on the go and in frequently changing noise environments. As surrounding background noise increases, users won’t have to adjust the volume manually, because H15 automatically enhances frequencies to improve call clarity in both loud and quiet environments.
On the other hand, the H780 lets users take the conversation while on the go – from the office to the street or the crowded airport terminal. With exceptional sound quality from CrystalTalk technology for headsets and seven hours of hands-free talk time, the H780 enables users to carry on a conversation while on the go for as long as necessary. A tiny, 9mm speaker comfortably fits over 90 percent of users tested. A brushed, carbon fiber finish, spun metal, and textured side band create a sleek and slim look.
MOTOPURE H15 and the H780 are expected to be available beginning in Q4 2008.
