  • Not too long ago we let you know that Griffin’s latest iTrip would ship alongside an app controller that will be offered on the App Store.

Well, it seems that to make such a thing easier to consumers Apple has snuck in the feature that will allow connected accessories to prompt you if you want to download the associated app, as you can see above. This is compared to having to sort through the seemingly endless list of apps looking for the correct one.

Let’s see what other accessory manufacturers utilize this feature.

    Griffin iPhone 3G Cases

People love their iPhones so much that one scratch can drive them crazy. For others, taking the necessary measures such as buying a casing or some sort of protective cover is important to make sure that their iPhone is safe from scratches or perhaps dents and cracks. And just in case you are looking for a great case to have, here is one that can really bring style to your iPhone.

The case is the Griffin iPhone 3G case. With only 12 styles to choose from, they are priced between £7 to £25 and come with great finishes such as chrome, clear plastic and silicone. All cases include a screen protector, which is described as being polycarbonate, and a simple cleaning cloth.

This is a great shell to help protect your iPhone, something similar to how you take care of your other mobile devices that are safer with casings rather than being bare naked and prone to defects such as scratches or even breaks.
