For a game that has built on its reputation from the Gameboy Advance and WiiWare, the new Toki Tori puzzle game for the iPhone should be among the top apps people will surely look into at the Apple app store. The game is developed by Two Tribes and published by Chillingo.
Toki Tori is no chicken. The little yellow bird must brave 80 stages of increasingly treacherous puzzles and enemies to rescue lost eggs. Each stage has a set number of eggs that must be collected. To rescue an egg, all he needs to do is touch it. However, reaching these eggs is not going to be easy. For one thing, Toki Tori can only climb short ledges and ladders. If he falls into a pit or off a ledge with a high wall, there is no recourse but to start the stage over again.
Simple yet challenging is what this app is and for sure, iPhone owners will be looking into this game which has really done well on the other game consoles. This puzzle game is certainly something for the witty and boasts of great graphics that really help set the mood for an enjoyable game.

Get a taste of 3D fighting with the launch of the latest game for the iPhone, Iron Fist Boxing. Iron Fist Boxing has great graphics, plays well on the iPhone’s touch screen, and has terrific character variety. But the truth is that it all boils down to repetitive gameplay that feels shallow and half baked.
Iron Fist basically revolves around a simple idea. You pick a fighter, and the game chooses many competitors for you to fight. It follows a “career mode”, if you will, where your fighter gains experience.
The game really shines, and the 3D modeling is beautiful. Textures look good, and the fighters are very well presented, in both visual terms and variety. Punches and kicks are animated well, and hitting an opponent sends sweat and blood flying. It’s especially motivating when blood goes all over the place during a slow-mo special attack. While it does look great, there really isn’t much to see.
Aside from the aforementioned side exercises during story mode, the only place you will really see is the ring. Audio is good, too. The game has a fitting sound track that complements itself nicely, and the sound effects during fighting work just fine. Especially enticing is the countdown after you’ve knocked down the other fighter.
