All The Latest Cell Phone, Gadget and Tech News

Goldstriker has struck the right cords (for a previleged few) many times before, but it seems that they have outdone themselves this innings.  They have now replaced the whole body (not just the plating, mind) of an iPhone 3G with solid 22-carat gold and added 53 exquisite VVS1 diamonds to the Apple logo found on the back.  It took four craftsmen and months of intricate work by hand to finally get this iPhone blinged out and needless to say, all that hard work don’t come cheap.  This special iPhone 3G goes for no less than a staggering £22,995, roughly $34k or a kid’s college education.  We are not sure if this includes an early shot at iPhone 3.0 OS, but who cares as long as it shiny all over right?

  • It feels like only yesterday I was telling you about the last Nokia 8800. Oh, wait a minute, I did do that! Nokia 8800 Gold Arte was the last 8800 we knew about at the time. Today however we found out there’s a Goldstriker 8800 from Nokia. The Princess Edition will be released in January and it will cost £12,000. I guess those 8.2 carat diamonds, the platinum and the leather finish are pretty expensive. Make sure you head to Paris at the Colette store to get a Princess Edition when it will be available next year.

  • Moto KRZR Goldstriker

Goldstriker unveiled a new, limited edition Moto KRZR Diamond with luxury stitch leather. I’m not a huge fan of leather, but if that’s your thing, the Moto KRZR features leathers used in such cars as Bentley, Aston Martin, Porsche and others. This luxury leather collection, part of Goldstriker’s ShSh! line, has a deep red rear with the front featuring accents struck with Platinum or 24ct gold.

With 74 hand set grade synthetic diamonds, the KRZR looks as rich as ever. At £399.95, it’s quite an expensive deal - but hey, if you’re the fashion-conscious, you know better than me.

How do you top something that’s already dipped in 24ct gold? Why, add some bling of course. Goldstriker has bettered itself again, this time with the Diamond Edition Nokia 8800 Arte, a perfect match for you if you are the guy that likes to flaunt what you got. Five exquisite white diamonds adorn the back of this Nokia stylephone while 24ct gold forms the perfectly accented lines on the phone’s front bezel. At just £1,195, this definitely won’t burn a hole in your pockets if they are deep enough.
