The exterior combines a color combination of beige, gold and red, which should easily capture the attention of mobile enthusiasts today. It has an indicator light similar to the Sony Ericsson phones which blinks when an incoming call or text message arrives.

  • Diamond Rose Gold iPhone 3GS

The iPhone 3GS has been out for almost a month now and we already have the first gold version of it. The Diamond Rose Gold iPhone 3GS is a 18 carat solid rose gold phone designed entirely by hand. Four craftsman have been working on it in Liverpool, UK and I must say that another masterpiece has been created. Sure the average Joe will rather buy a house, instead of paying £21,995 for a phone, but this handset is marvelous. Besides the regular iPhone 3GS features, this baby comes with 150 added grams of solid rose gold and 53 pink diamonds. What’s not to like about it except for the price? Oh and just in case you do buy this iPhone 3GS, make sure you also invest some of your money in a MobileMe account. Just in case the phone gets lost or stolen!

    MotoRazr Gold Mobile Phone

Motorola has decided to announce a new Razr phone, covered in gold. We’re looking for Moto to launch hot new phones and maybe it’s time the company decided to quit launching new Razr handsets. This one will not impress you with its specs but with that 18K white gold and with that gold plated keypad. Besides all that gold that you’ll have features like 3G, Bluetooth and USB 2.0 connectivity, better speakers and support for video calls and multimedia playback. The phone should arrive from SK Telecom in Korea but you’d have to check with your local carriers to see if Motorola will bring it to other markets too. And while you’re at it, ask for pricing details too!

Nokia has another slider phone for those of you with expensive taste. The 8800 Gold Arte wears a mix of 18-carat gold and white leather. It will make an impression wherever you’d go. And it’s not the looks that impress but its personality to. It comes with 3G, 4GB of flash memory available, an OLED display and a not too bad 3.2 megapixel camera. Would you like a Gold Arte for Christmas? Unfortunately we don’t know how much it will cost and when it will arrive. Christmas 2009 then?

  • Givori Nefertiti Mobile Phone

We’ve seen quite a few mobile phones covered in gold, like the Vertu Boucheron, the Gold Edition of Motorola A1600, and the 18-Karat Gold LG Iron Man Phone, but the ugliest one is certainly the Givori Nefertiti.

The cellphone is only available in Dubai and costs close to $4,500. What makes it special is the cover that includes crystals, and 24 carat gold. To make it even more special, only 50 units were created so there isn’t a big chance of getting your hands on one. Other than the price and gold, the handset is similar to a Nokia mixed with Pirates of the Caribbean.

  • From all the Vertu cellphones that we have reported, including the Nautilus Concept and the Ascent Ti Constellation Rococo, the Vertu Boucheron is the most strange and expensive one. Codenamed Boucheron 150, the handset is made of solid gold and has a wooden case.

To make it stylysh with strange angles and corners, the following tasks had to be performed:

    - 1,000 hours to shape
    - 700 hours to polish
    - 500 hours to build

Everything was done by hand and that is why it probably costs so much, approximately $30,000.

  • Motorola A1600 Gold Edition

Motorola launched the A1600 a few months ago, in August, and today they have added a new version of the A1600 on their Chinese website. Believe it or not, this is a gold edition that probably costs a lot, the exact price is unknown but it should top the value of 6 cellphones.

Anyhow, if you love and want luxury, it can’t get better than this. The only difference between the original Motorola A1600 and this special edition, is the name + color + material used + price. All the other features, such as GPS navigation, 3-megapixel camera, and microSD slot, are also part of the Gold A1600.

For whatever reason, people keep making gold devices. Do we need all that bling-bling laying around our gadgets. The Limited Edition Solid GOLD Eloquence Pico-C USB flash drives will get you some 8GB of memory and you will have various skins to use, each priced at $600. Isn’t that too expensive? And what if you loose it? I mean it’s pretty darn small.

We’ve just seen the James Bond watch and USB drive so I guess you deserve to take a look at Super Talent’s new flash drive. The Pico-C Gold is a really tiny flash drive. It measures 31.3mm x 12.4mm x 3.4mm and it offers an amazing 8GB or available memory. It’s water and shock resistant and it could basically go anywhere you’re going. As long as you don’t lose it.

And that’s right, it’s gold plated. No wonder they call it Gold as it has 24-carat gold all over it. The price you ask? It’s just $40. It’s a really affordable piece of jewelry. It might even fit in your watch. Or simply wear it around your neck. Tell them it’s a symbol of your religion.

Super Talent Marketing Director, Joe James said about the Pico-C Gold:

Is it the speed, the ruggedness, the water resistance, the incredibly tiny size or the pure elegance that people like most in our Pico-C drive? Who knows? But, this combination of features and style is not offered in any other terrestrial storage device, which makes it a real craze

So, are you ready to order one?

    Golden Keyboard Anyone?

So your wedding anniversary is coming soon and you want to buy something special for your wife/girlfriend/boyfriend? Or do you happen to have way to much money? In any case you might want to check out a golden keyboard.

There’s a dude in Japan, Wazakura Koubou which will make a golden keyboard for you. And we all know how important personalized devices are. We’ve seen Dell painting their laptops earlier this year, so why not paint a keyboard in gold?

The golden keyboard connects via USB to your PC. The keys are plated with 99.99% pure gold. There are two models, one called Kagayaki which must mean The Most Expensive and comes at $270 while the Kirameki model which should be short for As Cheap As it Gets comes at only $217. Does the Kirameki have fewer keys? Or it’s not exactly 99.99% pure gold?
