Walmart has announced another special holiday promo, this time for the Blackberry smartphones from all four major carriers (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless). For any purchase of Blackberry smartphones with a 2 year contract, customers will be getting a $100 Walmart Gift Card upon purchase which they can use on a later transaction.

The $100 Gift Card should be something handy to use especially for shoppers who are aching to get some breaks for their Holiday gift needs. This promo will be effective starting November 14 up to November 20. Among the phones covered by this promotional $100 Walmart Gift Card include:

  • AT&T Curve 8310
  • AT&T Bold 9000
  • Sprint Curve 8330 (Red & Titanium colors)
  • T-Mobile 8520 (Black, White, and Frost)
  • T-Mobile Pearl 8120 (Emerald)
  • Verizon Storm
  • Verizon Storm II

T-Mobile is really interested in making amends with all its subscribers that happen to own a Sidekick. Besides apologizing for the whole lost data problem, the carrier will offer a full month of data service. What do you think? Is that good enough for you? I will assume you answered “No!” to that question and that’s what T-Mobile is probably assuming as well. That’s why the carrier decided to throw in an extra $100 gift card in addition to that free month. Not that will ever bring back your precious lost data, will it?

Just below the break you’ll find the full explication/apology from AT&T, not that it matters that much at this point, does it?

In case you were angry with Apple and AT&T for the whole activation delay mess then you should know that the Cupertino-based company is apologizing with a $30 iTunes gift card.

Here’s what the email says:

Dear Apple Customer,

Thank you for your recent Apple Store order. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in your iPhone activation.

We are still resolving the issue that was encountered while activating your iPhone with AT&T. Unfortunately, due to system issues and continued high activation volumes, this could take us up to an additional 48 hours to complete.

On Monday, you’ll receive an email from Apple with an iTunes Store credit in the amount of $30. We hope you will enjoy this gift and accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this delay has caused.

Thank you for choosing Apple.

Sincerely,
Apple Online Store Team

As you can see the credit will be available this Monday so go ahead and take advantage of it right away!
