Gateway has unveiled the One ZX series, which consists on the ZX4800 and ZX6810 multi-touch computers that will feature the Windows 7 so it can use the zoom and editing of images features of the OS.
The ZX4800 is a 20-inch computer with a resolution of 1600×900, and a Pentium dual-core processor running at 2.1GHz. It has a GMA 4500 integrated graphics card, and 4GB of RAM plus a hard-drive with a capacity of 720GB.
As for the ZX6810, it boasts a bigger 23-inch 1080p display screen, and an Intel Core 2 Quad processor at 2.33GHz. It comes with a dedicated graphics card codenamed Mobility Radeon HD 4670, and instead of a normal hard-drive, it goes for the 64GB Solid State Drive. Other goodies include a hybrid analog/digital TV tuner. Both computers will become available near November, after the launch of Windows 7.

What do you know; it seems that Gateway has a new machine ready to be launched! This time it’s not just a simple netbook, it’s the EC18T tablet. The new tablet hasn’t been announced yet but we do have hot pictures and specs for you. The EC18T will offer you an 11.6-inch touchscreen display, an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, up to 4GB of DDR3 SDRAM memory, a Mobile Intel GS45 Express graphics chipset and your choice between Windows 7 Home Premium or Windows 7 Basic. If you’re on the market for a cheap, yet function laptop you should definitely check out Gateway’s newly announced NV series.
The entire series will feature a 15.6-inch 1366 x 768 LED backlit display, up to 4GB of RAM, 320GB HDD, DVD drive, WiFi, multi-card reader, HDMI and VGA out, 4 USB ports and a 6 cell battery. Operating system wise you’re looking at Windows Vista Home Premium. And, to spice up your computing, Gateway will offer the NV series in NightSky Black, Midnight Blue, Coffee Brown and Cherry Red.

Gateway already has a couple of interesting products on their portfolio, such as the LX6200-01 desktop PC, or the P-7811 FX laptop, but their latest unit is a netbook named LT1004U.
The computer will make its debut at Office Depot with a price tag of $380, and comes with the following features:
- Intel Atom N270 processor at 1.6GHz
- 160GB hard-drive
- 1GB of memory RAM
- close to 1kg of weight
- Windows XP as the OS
- 5-in-1 media card reader
- WiFi
- Stereo Speakers

Gateway is pretty popular thanks to their powerful laptops, and they have announced 2 new desktop models: the FX6710-01 and LX6200-01. The first one is made for gamers, while the second is made to have a better multimedia experience.
The FX6710-01 is a real beast, featuring an Intel Core 2 Quad Processor, and an uncommon amount of RAM memory set at 6GB. The graphics card is powered by an ATI Radeon 4850, while the operative system is the 64-bit version of Windows Vista Home Premium, with service pack 1.
The hard-drive storage capacity is huge - 750GB - and the extras include 6 USB ports, 2 located in the front and 4 in the rear, an eSATA port, and a 15-in-1 media card reader. Priced at $1,200.

As we told you a couple of weeks ago, the P-7811 FX gaming laptop from Gateway is going to arrive in August. Well it’s August all right and the laptop is here. It is currently being sold at BestBuy locations for just $1449.99.
And let me remind you what this baby can do. The P-7811 FX comes equipped with an Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 processor running at 2.2GHz, 4GB RAM, 200GB hard drive and NVIDIA GeForce 9800M GTS graphics card. The 17 inch widescreen LCD can get a resolution up to 1920×1200 for a great gaming experience.
Extra features like a 1.3 megapixel webcam, WiFi 802.11 n, three USB 2.0 ports, Firewire, HDMI v1.3 and DVD burner with LabelFlash are also available. Unfortunately it comes with Vista preinstalled so you’d have to think outside of the box to get rid of it.

Gateway announced what is being touted as its most diverse line of notebook PCs. The line-up includes the new Gateway 3018GZ, a widescreen notebook that is available in the sub-$1000 range. The 3018GZ is just 1.2 inches think and weighs in at 5.25 pounds.
