The HP Firebird 803 has been leaked and we know it has a VoodooDNA to brag with. The gaming tower is pretty impressive. Santa has already taken off but maybe you still have time to ask for one. Watch out though, what you see is what you get. You won’t be able to make any modifications in the future. Here are the specs of this Firebird version:
CES 2009 is where we can expect this HP to show up. Hopefully we’re going to get some prices and availability dates there!

Hurry and get on a plane to Japan to get some cheaper XBox 360. Microsoft is going to cut prices for the Japan market and they are willing to go 30% cheaper on current model. How low will they go in order to compete against others?
Well let’s see, the Arcade model will sell for 19,800 yen or $183 which is 8,000 yen or $73.92 lower than before. The 60GB drive model will sell for 29,800 or $275 which is 5,000 or $46 lower than the current 20 GB model. The Elite model packing a 120GB drive will see a drop of 8,000 too, from 47,800 or $442 to 39,800 yen or $368.
The new prices will be lower than the Wii and the PlayStation 3 once they will be available starting with September 11th. Hopefully Microsoft will pull the same stunt in other markets too.

Thanks to the FCC we get all sorts of leaks. This time it isn’t a phone but a gaming console. The PSP-3001 has arrived at the FCC.
People said the PSP-3001 will get GPS, WiFi 802.11n, Bluetooth and a microphone but none of those have been spotted in the FCC report. And although we’ve heard about a rumored PSP phone in the past, this isn’t a phone either. It’s just a simple game console taken to the next level.

As we told you a couple of weeks ago, the P-7811 FX gaming laptop from Gateway is going to arrive in August. Well it’s August all right and the laptop is here. It is currently being sold at BestBuy locations for just $1449.99.
And let me remind you what this baby can do. The P-7811 FX comes equipped with an Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 processor running at 2.2GHz, 4GB RAM, 200GB hard drive and NVIDIA GeForce 9800M GTS graphics card. The 17 inch widescreen LCD can get a resolution up to 1920×1200 for a great gaming experience.
Extra features like a 1.3 megapixel webcam, WiFi 802.11 n, three USB 2.0 ports, Firewire, HDMI v1.3 and DVD burner with LabelFlash are also available. Unfortunately it comes with Vista preinstalled so you’d have to think outside of the box to get rid of it.

The question is not if you have seen The Dark Knight already, Batman Begins’ sequel, which grossed over $400 million in less than three week, but how many times have you seen it so far?
In case you are a Batman fan you might want to treat yourself with this XBox 360 special edition with The Dark Knight logos all over the black case. We don’t know how many similar units are out there and how much one costs, but hopefully more are going to be manufactured. I simply know a couple of guys that would certainly get one for themselves.

Gaming laptop you say? Well don’t mind me if I do! It will certainly match my the BooB BeeB media chair I was talking about earlier on today. Let’s look at Gateway’s P-7811 FX gaming laptop.
We’ll start off by applauding once again a brilliant name here, the P-7811. I guess naming it anything like MacBook or Inspiron would have been way too complicated. Well actually it would be complicated due to trademarks and so on! So let’s cut to the chase with the P-7811’s features: (more…)
