AT&T plans to get rid of quite a few phones these days. The HTC Fuze is just another example. Refurbished models will get an impressive $499 discount which means they will cost exactly $0. You will still have to agree to a 2-year contract and a new activation but the phone will not cost you anything. Is it worth it? Verizon and Sprint are currently charging $349 and $299 respectively for an HTC Touch Pro, so the Fuze, even if refurbished, sounds like a good idea.

Most of us today have mobile phones equipped with a built-in camera. With that said, the next thing in mind is which camera phone can really take quality images with them. Wirefly.com, the online leader in one-stop comparison shopping for cell phones and wireless phone plans, today announced its Top 10 list of camera phones on the market today.
Not surprisingly, the highly anticipated Samsung Memoir with an unprecedented 8.0 megapixels, the 5.0 MP Motorola Zine and 5.0 MP Samsung Behold top the list, showcasing the evolution of the cell phone from a voice-centric handset to a multi-function consumer electronic device.
Wirefly.com’s Top 10 Camera Phones are as follows:

The Fuze is on its way and you’re going to see it soon in an AT&T store. The HTC slider will arrive on November 11 and it will cost $499 when chosen without a contract or $299 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a two-year contract. What do you think about the pricing? Isn’t it too expensive? Even with a contract you get a smartphone which is more expensive than the G1 or the upcoming Storm.

The AT&T Fuze looks similar to the HTC Touch Pro because it’s exactly the same phone. We know the carrier is coming but we have absolutely no idea about when that’s going to happen.
People are talking, and what they say is the Fuze is going to be released sometime this week. It’s only Monday so we’ll have plenty of time to confirm it. What do you think? Would you get a Fuze?

Word on the street is that AT&T is going to pick up the new HTC handset, the Touch Pro and they will rebrand it as the HTC Fuze. I don’t know why they want to change the name, but it’s good to know they are bringing the Touch Pro to the US market.
The HTC Fuze is said to be available “sooner rather than later” whatever that means. There aren’t any concrete news on pricing either but I am counting on AT&T employees to leak these details on time like they always do.
