There is a bill being considered over in the UK that could do the unthinkable as far as people like me are concerned: ban open Wi-Fi spots. I believe that this is to protect against copyright infringement, and schools, small businesses, and even libraries would either have to beome their own ISP or pay …

McDonald’s to offer free WiFi in most restaurants
