The key for any company’s success is nabbing key personnel from other companies. Normally the immediate goal is to fish for the employees of a rival company and it looks like Shuttle has done just that. Though unconfirmed, rumor has it that Shuttle is planning to invade the netbook market thanks to their newly formed team mostly coming from rival Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS).
Shuttle has been known to deliver small form factor desktops but it looks like they are on the verge of expanding. Shuttle has made various experiments to get into the laptop scene but it looks like they lack the manpower to support the development for such. But now, it looks like all that has changed with the said raid of manpower from ECS. ECS of course denied losing any employees or perhaps they have just lost count.

Ordinarily, when you drop or lose a mobile phone in the water, it is as good as gone. But here is a rare instance where the phone which was swallowed by a fish was retrieved and yet still working!
A mobile phone which spent a week inside the stomach of a massive cod was still working when it was returned to its owner.
Businessman Andrew Cheatle had lost the Nokia on a beach, but a week later his girlfriend’s mobile rang and it was fisherman Glen Kerley saying he had found the phone in the fish - which weighed 25 pounds.
Incredibly, the handset still worked after being dried out. Andrew, 45, said: “I was messing about with my dog and my phone must have fallen out and been swept out in the swell. I kept calling it but I gave up hope after a couple of days.” He was amazed when he discovered it still worked, and added: “I know it sounds a fishy tale but it is 100 percent true.”
