What would you say if I told you Epson has a new netbook for you? After the Endeavor Na01 the company has gone ahead and created a worthy follower. The Na02mini-V netbook will however not impress you with innovative specs. You can expect it to offer you a 10.1-inch display, a 1.66GHz Atom N280 processor, 1GB of memory, a 160GB hard drive, WiFi, USB, Ethernet and VGA ports and a multi-card reader. The Endeavor Na02mini-V will be available this November for just $427. What do you think?

Epson has announced a limited edition of one of their notebooks in order to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Epson Direct, it is not the first time they promote this type of release, and I bet it won’t be the last.

The notebook picked for the special occasion is the NJ5200Pro, and what makes it stand out from the rest is the Yaku Cedar cover. In other words, the laptop is covered from wood that comes from a 1,000 year old tree. Other than that, it is much like any other NJ5200Pro.

There will only be 200 units produced with an expected price tag of €1,850, and they will have the following specs:

- Core 2 Duo P8400 at 2.26GHz
- 2GB of RAM
- GeForce 9800 GT with 512MB of VRAM with HDMI out
- 160GB of HDD

I’ll lay down some specs and then we can discuss the notebook I am about to show you guys!

What we have inside is a Hello Kittycustomized white case (we have two models, not to get bored or something)

    • one Intel Celeron 540 at 1,86 Ghz
    • one 1GB RAM.
    • one 80GB hard drive
    • one DVD drive
    • one Firewire
    • 3 in one memory card slot
    • one 15.4 inch WXGA screen with up to 1280×800 resolution
    • one thousand four hundred something dollars

That’s the Hello Kitty laptop I’d never buy. I have laptop problems right now but I still wouldn’t like it. The price is too high for what it offers. I’ll take the case which is cute at least and do a major hardware change over.

That’s a Epson Endeavor NJ2100 if you were wondering. My bad, it’s actually a Hello Kitty Epson Endeavor NJ2100. Would you buy it?
