We have no idea when the Dragon is actually coming but it looks like the handset is currently being tested by Google. In fact rumors say that “senior Android guys” are currently carrying the Dragon/Passion and testing it. According to TechCrunch the phone should arrive in the following months and it’s supposed thinner than the Droid or the iPhone 3GS. Also of interest is the 1GHz Snapdragon processor from Qualcomm which is rumored to power all our mobile needs on an HTC Dragon.
The phone hasn’t been officially confirmed by either Google or HTC. No carrier has leaked any plans regarding the Dragon so we might not see it in stores this year. But the fact that Android execs are currently playing with the Dragon/Passion is all we need so far. We know the phone exists and we hope to see it, if not this year then maybe early next year.

There’s no official arrival date mentioned by HTC but it looks like the Passion has been already been spotted out in the wild. The Passion aka the Dragon is HTC’s next Android phone and from what we know so far the device is going to be really impressive. The Passion will make us forget the Hero and it will probably go head to head against the Droid easily. From what we can see in the leaked picture the Passion comes with HTC’s Sense UI on top of Android. Other rumored specs include a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, a 5-megapixel camera and Android 2.0. What do you say? Are you interested in the Passion already?

This Callpod Dragon Bluetooth headset has lots of extra things those other headsets don’t have. Noise-cancellation, extended range and multiple pairing are all great but kind of basic these days. How about a built-in walkie-talkie feature too?
If you purchase two of these black and chrome devices, you can pair them with each other, and communicate in full duplex up to 100 meters (328 feet) away. A lithium battery allows for up to 8 hours talk time or 300 hours standby and the reversible ear hook fits right or left ear. Retails for around $74.99.

If you still believe in Philips phones than you should take a look at the new Philips Xenium 9@9q Dragon and Phoenix which are here for the holidays. The phones look good but that’s pretty much all you can expect from them. The two clamshell phones will offer you about 1 month of standy time and up to 8 hours of talk time. Both also have a cool external display which will show you unread messages, missed calls and battery power. The phones cost 4999 Russian rubles or $172. A little too expensive for what it has to offer.
