iPod Charging get a new boost with this new Dexim iPhone/iPod Dual Clock Charging station. Power consumption has always been a problem for iPod/iPhone owners, often in need of a reliable charging station to use.

The Dexim Dual Dock Charging Station solves this problem with two dedicated power docks and a selection of adapters to fit every iPod/iPhone model except the shuffles. The day I brought mine from home to the office, someone announced over Twitter that one was needed. I pulled it out and we found the cradle adapter to fit and he was off to the races. With this setup on hand, any iPod/iPhone can be fully charged from stone dead to full in 60-90 minutes.

Included in the box is the unit itself, a power cable, and six dock inserts. Snapping them in and out is not intuitive, but once you pay attention to it once, you’ll be able to use them in no time. All the parts are held in vacu-formed clear plastic in a cardboard box. No Jaws of Life are required to extricate anything.

Wake Up With a Vibrating Alarm

A while ago I was able to wake up as soon as my cell phone started to vibrate. Now I need a decent ring tone to convince me to give up my undisturbed dreams. I guess it’s all that reckless sleeping that I professionally practice.

But how about a Silent Alarm Clock? You know, like the one designed by Johan Brengesjo which uses a wireless rubber ring which will wake you up by simply vibrating. Yeah right! Like that’s going to work with me! Nevertheless it’s an interesting gadget and it’s certainly mobile. It might be just the thing you were looking for.

If we had a mobile gadget of the day post, well this robot and its abilities to tell the time correctly will certainly be today’s mobile gadget of the day. It’s certainly a gadget, and from what you’ve just seen, it’s certainly mobile. I’d be laughing all day, calling it various names while it would slowly tell me the time.

Norris Labs Stonehenge is a clock that simple rearranges tiles to tell the time correctly. The robot has a CrustCrawler Smart Arm and a Parallax Propeller chip.
I wonder where the snooze button is It’s a clock therefore it must have some kind of alarm! And isn’t it rather noisy?
