Motorola seems to have a lot of fun rolling out one Android phone after the other. We’ve already seen the CLIQ, the Droid and the Calgary. And today we spotted the Motorola Zeppelin, a phone which is apparently heading to China.
The phone is not official yet but it’s said to come with a 3.1-inch 480 x 320 touchscreen, a 5-megapixel camera with flash, WiFi, dual SIM slots for GSM and CDMA SIM cards, HDMI connectivity and Android OS. The phone should be available in China in the first quarter of 2010 while everyone else should get it at some point later next year. Pricing is unknown but we’ll definitely return with more news soon.

It looks like Motorola fans over the pond will be able to enjoy the company’s first Android phone earlier than everyone else. The DEXT is available already in the UK from Orange so go get it while it’s hot. The phone will be available for free if you select a 2-year contract of at least £34.26 per month. For that monthly tariff you will get 900 any network voice minutes, unlimited SMS messages, Orange Maps and anytime Internet browsing.
On comparison, the CLIQ will be available from T-Mobile USA for pre-order on October 19 for $199.99 on contract. Will the CLIQ/DEXT be a hit phone? Do you intend to purchase it?

We’re not surprised to see stuff leaked from Best Buy and this time we have some details about the company’s upcoming holiday releases. And there are quite a few phones there ready to capture your imagination, but also a netbook we’ve seen in the news lately:
We’re particularly interested in that “new technology which doesn’t exist today” mentioned in the leaked documents and we definitely want to hear more about those BlackBerry and multiple Android phones which will also be available from Best Buy soon. We’ll be back with official prices and release dates so in the mean time you have plenty of time to decide what phone to ask from Santa this Christmas!

For the moment CLIQ is the hot Android phone coming from Motorola via T-Mobile. But fear not Moto fans, CLIQ has a worthy follower or so we suspect. The Tao or Sholes or however they decide to call it at launch, has been spotted in the wild running Android. What other OS would it run? As you can see the phone was running Google Maps at the time the picture was taken and you can also see it’s going to offer us a pretty impressive 1390mAh battery. We have no more details at this point in time but in Verizon we trust to launch the phone already!

You all know the drill folks! If you want a hot Android phone from T-Mobile you will have to patiently wait before you can pre-order it and then you’ll have to patiently wait for it some more until you actually get it.
Motorola’s CLIQ is the hot Android in question and in about 19 days from now you will be able to get pre-order it. The CLIQ should be available for $199 with a two-year contract which isn’t exactly the price we heard about a few weeks ago. The phone is certainly worth buying and you have plenty of time to decide whether you desperately want it or you can pass on it while waiting for something hotter. And if you do pre-order it, don’t expect to get it sooner than November!

I’m sure that by now every T-Mobile devoted fan is aware of the fact that the BlackBerry 9700 and the Motorola Cliq are going to be released at some point in the near future. What nobody really knows are the launch dates for these new phones. According to inside sources it looks like November 11 is the day to remember. Both phones are going to come out on that day so you’d better get your financial affairs in order if you’re interested in getting one. According to previous rumors and leaks, the Cliq will be available free of charge with a new T-Mobile contract but there’s no info on how much the 9700 will cost. Now that you know when these brand new phones are coming you should make up your mind. What is it going to be? The newest Moto phone or the latest Berry from RIM?

While we are patiently waiting for T-Mobile to announce Motorola’s first Android phone, the Cliq, Orange UK has gone ahead and announced the Cliq already. We were expecting this move, so it’s really no surprise there! Sure the phone will have a different name over there and you already know it: the DEXT.
The DEXT will be available at the beginning of October and those interested in purchasing it should know it will be available for free provided that you select a new 2-year contract of at least £34.26/month (that’s about $56.50). That monthly fee will get you 900 voice minutes, unlimited texting, data and Orange Maps support. Not a bad deal considering that you’d get to play with a brand new Android phone which comes with a load of social networking skills. So if you happen to live in the UK and you’re getting ready to snatch a DEXT, let us know how the phone is treating you!

Motorola’s first Android phone, the Cliq, is not the hottest Android phone available out there but it’s certainly one of the hottest Motorola phones ever created. The phone will be available this fall from T-Mobile but Moto will not stop here. The manufacturer will be launching a lot more Android phones in the near future so you’d better get used to that MOTOBLUR social networking interface quick. And in case you assumed T-Mobile will be the designated carrier for future Motorola Android phones then you were totally wrong. According to Sanjay Jha, Moto’s CEO, the company is in talks with “all large operators in the US” which means that your favorite carrier is going to get a Motorola Android phone in the near future. So far we know that the Sholes is headed to Verizon Wireless but we assume Sprint and AT&T are also going to be interested in getting some Moto Android action.

INQ is another manufacturer that is ready to go Android. And once you go Android you never go back, do you? The company has just launched the INQ Mini 3G and the Chat but it seems that’s all history right now. The company is going to launch at least one Android touchscreen phone in the near future. And INQ will surely pack the new Android phone with lots of social networking features just as Motorola did with its first Android phone, the Cliq. We’ll be back with more details once INQ will be ready to show everyone its first Android touchscreen phone.

We already have a pretty good idea about how much the new Motorola phone will cost. T-Mobile’s pricing has been revealed ahead of time on the carrier’s official website and it has been noticed well before the company fixed the unexpected leak. The phone isn’t available on Tmo’s site now but we have a new leak. Thanks to an internal PowerPoint presentation, now we do know that the Cliq is coming in October. So if you’re interested in some MOTOBLUR action then make sure you have enough cash by next month to get your first Motorola phone.

Motorola launched its first Android phone yesterday at Mobilize 09. And the Cliq has briefly popped up on T-Mobile’s website, the official carrier for Motorola’s newest phone. We have some prices for you right now, and although they look pretty real we’ll be waiting for T-Mobile to confirm them in the near future. It looks like those of your opting for a new T-Mobile contract will get the Cliq for free, which is a great deal if you’re considering getting your first Android phone. In case you want to pay the full price then be ready to pay $399.99 which is the full price for the Cliq. So what do you say? Are you going to purchase the Cliq?
