Don’t limit yourself to the usual FM transmitters when it comes to playing your iPods through the car head unit of your vehicles. Thanks to Sinjimoru, there is a new and stylish way of docking and enjoying the stored music you have for in-car mobile enjoyment.

Sinjimoru introduces the iDeck, a car-pack suited for people who are fond of listening to tunes on their iPods. The iDeck actually comes in three parts: a car-pack delivering music through a magnetic head in the cassette deck of a car, a cradle for an iPod, and a charger supplying electricity through the cigarette lighter jack.

To date, the iDeck has sold over 3,000 units since its launch in April of this year. The iDeck is slated to be in attendance at the CIETEC2009 in Tokyo this coming October and the CES2009.

Cigarette Lighter Phone Anyone?

I’m sure this is a feature some of you have seriously considered at least once. But would actually use a cigarette lighter phone? The phone in the picture here comes with a cigarette lighter but we doubt it’s the real thing. If you’re having any safety questions then you should know that the lighter is located on the back of the SB6309 and it comes with a protective cover. Simply slide it and light up your next cigarette.

Or you could choose a smartphone instead and quit smoking. I certainly hope that nobody will actually consider creating such a phone. But just in case this proves to be more than a joke, we’ll be ready to offer you all the hidden details. In case you stumble upon the official site of the phone you should also be aware of the fact that it could potentially harm your PC. The world malware has been used more than once!

One thing about iPhones is that you want to dress it up to make them standout and here is one accessory that is bound to capture your fancy. Digital Lifestyle Outfitters has announced the launch of their latest accessory for the Apple iPhone. They are now offering TransDock micro which is a FM transmitter and charger for the iPhone. It is being sold for USD 70.

The device works inside a car drawing power from a cigarette lighter jack. It can then tune into any open FM radio frequency and that audio can be listened on the iPhone. The company said that the device comes loaded with their IntelliTune technology which scans the unused FM frequencies and save them for use.

The device plugs into the iPhone and also works as a charging unit.
