Callpod Dragon Bluetooth Headset

Callpod Dragon Bluetooth Headset

This Callpod Dragon Bluetooth headset has lots of extra things those other headsets don’t have. Noise-cancellation, extended range and multiple pairing are all great but kind of basic these days. How about a built-in walkie-talkie feature too?

If you purchase two of these black and chrome devices, you can pair them with each other, and communicate in full duplex up to 100 meters (328 feet) away. A lithium battery allows for up to 8 hours talk time or 300 hours standby and the reversible ear hook fits right or left ear. Retails for around $74.99.

Callpod features a few interesting items on their portfolio, such as a 6-way mobile charger named Chargepod, and a bluetooth headset entitled Dragon V2, but their latest device is called Phoenix, and works as a conferencing unit via bluetooth.

Basically, while using Phoenix you can have 5 bluetooth headsets or mobile phones connected at the same time wirelessly via bluetooth, and all 5 boast full duplex, which means this is much like a real conference. In terms of range, the small device is able to work within an area of 300,000 sq ft.

In which scenarios can Phoenix be used? Think of a big warehouse, restaurants, huge retail stores, etc.
