Samsung Corby Bluetooth Headset

Everyone has heard of the Corby series for the mobile phone and as most products, expect a new set of accessories to come out. Such is the case with the Samsung Corby Bluetooth Headset WE490 which has changeable cases which should make sure they blend in well with the actual handsets. It features noise reduction, echo cancellation, and auto volume control. The battery is good up to 6 hours and is scheduled to pop out in Russia soon for a MSRP of $45.00.

The PocketDock from SendStation

For iPod owners, it is practically automatic to have a USB sync cable with the device for storing, uploading and recharging your device. But what if you could get another device that would allow you to perform multiple tasks like perhaps charge other gadgets?

Well all this is possible now with the release of the PocketDock by Sendstation. This new dock allows you to charge with a normal mini USB cable and then connect your iPod to a home stereo or speakers. The device plugs into the charge port of your iPod and offers a 3.5mm output and a mini USB plug.

The PocketDock carries a 30-pin docking connector and is about the size of an actual iPhone charger. It retails for $29.95.

  • Toshiba is not usually a brand you would associate with hard disk drives but it looks like they will have their first crack with the launch of external storage solutions. Toshiba launches new 3.5 HDDs for desktops which will come in 640GB and 1TB of storage. They can be connected with the usual USB interface and eSata.

    Both drives will come with a software where users can easily backup their files. The 640GB HDD will cost around $129.99 while the 1TB costs $159.99. They are compatible with Windows and MAC computers.
