Just like the name suggests, Pantech Breeze sure is equipped to be the perfect phone for the first time mobile users, although I doubt there are many of that breed. Being a product of AT&T and Pantech’s collaborative toils, the Breeze has a large display, oversized buttons for easy typing, and a trio of quick call buttons for those frequently called numbers. The menus are also simplified and uncomplicated thanks to the incorporated “Breeze menu” which prioritizes features that are accessed the most by the user. The Breeze can also serve as the perfect companion for the elderly and disabled with its audio cues and tactile clicks when the oversized buttons are pressed and offers up to 3 hours of talktime and 10 hours of standby on a single charge. Underneath all this, the Breeze is a mid-range device with a camera (unspecified), Bluetooth, and other functional utilities such as an alarm clock, notepad, calculator, and a calendar.
If you know someone who you think could benefit from such a device, head over to an AT&T store near you and fork over $124.99 on AT&T’s Pay As You Go plan after a $30 mail-in rebate.
