  • Here’s a Bluetooth Adapter that’s so small I’d definitely loose it at some point in time. Probably when I would need it the most. The 4322 2.1 Bluetooth adapter is as big as the USB plug itself. Once you plug it in you will have Bluetooth connectivity available.

I wouldn’t know where to find one, or how much it would cost. If you find it around, make sure you buy at least a couple of them. Who knows when you’re going to need a replacement!

  • Motorola’s press release revealed two new noise cancellation universal headsets for everyones mobile entertainment needs. As one of the world’s market leader in Bluetooth enabled accessories, Motorola introduced universal Bluetooth headsets that are the best for background noise cancellation: the MOTOPURE H15 Universal Bluetooth Headset and the Motorola H780 Universal Bluetooth Headset.

The MOTOPURE H15 Universal Bluetooth Headset features an exclusive flip design and has the best background noise cancellation, based on independent testing of the top-selling dual-microphone Bluetooth headsets. It is designed for busy, mobile consumers who are on the go and in frequently changing noise environments. As surrounding background noise increases, users won’t have to adjust the volume manually, because H15 automatically enhances frequencies to improve call clarity in both loud and quiet environments.

On the other hand, the H780 lets users take the conversation while on the go – from the office to the street or the crowded airport terminal. With exceptional sound quality from CrystalTalk technology for headsets and seven hours of hands-free talk time, the H780 enables users to carry on a conversation while on the go for as long as necessary. A tiny, 9mm speaker comfortably fits over 90 percent of users tested. A brushed, carbon fiber finish, spun metal, and textured side band create a sleek and slim look.

The bracelet in the picture is a smart gadget that will vibrate when your phone is ringing. How is that possible? Really simple actually. There’s some Bluetooth involved in the whole process and a small motor inside. When is that useful? At any time you don’t want your cell phone ringtone to be heard and you want to answer all incoming calls.

That’s quite a gadget for me. No matter what happens around me I keep any cell phone on vibration alert. You might imagine how I end up missing some phone calls from time to time. With this bracelet I surely wouldn’t. The whole thing costs $36.99. Too much? Mind you that’s all this bracelet does. Vibrate.

  • Motorola Z8m Comes to Town

    motorola-z8m_thumb.jpg

I am not a huge fan of slider phones, but I have to admit I took more than 5 minutes to check the new 3G Motorola Z8m out. This slider is a little bit special than its competition in terms of design. It’s meant to adjust to the shape of your face. I don’t know if this feature will really influence the quality of our phone calls but it certainly is really innovative at least. The Z8m is the third Z8 version and will be launched in Korea. The starting price is somewhere around $500.

This is what the new edition of Motorola Z8 has to offer: the upgraded HSDPA - from 3.2 to 7.2Mbps, the regular QVGA 2.2 inch display and the 2 megapixel camera. There’s of course the one touch MP3 player, the Bluetooth and USB 2.0 for data transfers and integrated and very useful GPS systems. As for space you have an 80MB internal memory available to start from and as you go along getting more pictures and music, the micro SD option that lets you store up to 4GB of data.

What could you possible want more from Motorola? A drop in price maybe.

The fact that Earth is dying slowly under our excessive exploitation is well known. Because of that everyone is trying to contribute the way they can to find alternative ways for getting all that necessary energy stuff for our daily complicated lives.

Credo is the first cell phones and related accessories manufacturer to develop eco friendly products. Not only have they come up with some interesting pieces of engineering but they have also donated more than $60 million - representing 1% off their overall revenue - to organizations fighting for Earth’s rights like Greenpeace, Rainforest Action Network, the Endangered Species Coalition and more.

And let’s see what these easy to use and easy to purchase daily commodities Credo offers:

    • CREDO Iqua Solar Bluetooth headset. This is of course a Bluetooth with up to 200 standby hours. It can be connected to any kind of Bluetooth device and it gets it’s required power directly from the sun. Probably it will charge up on a rainy day too!
    • CREDO Tread handset case. Buying this case made out of recycled tires means preventing cancer. Those tires usually get burned and the benzo(a)pyrene which gets in the air we breath is a dangerous cancer risk factor.
    • CREDO Solio Charger. Charge your phone, your iPod and your digital cameras with this sun-power charger. It will prevent the release of large quantities of CO2, thus fighting the greenhouse effect.

These are all very affordable accessories that can be hooked to multiple phones. We all should be more interested in taking action against massive pollution and this can be our way of helping out.

HP iPAQ 900 Series Business Messenger

Hot off the presses! HP’s new iPAQ, the HP iPAQ 900 Series, just got approved by the FCC. Featuring a ton of goodies including GPS, HSDPA support, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and more, this is one venerable all-in-one. Called a Business Messenger, the HP iPAQ 900 series is bundled with a Stylus and comes with a 1940 mAh Li-polymer rechargeable battery. For some reason, it is shipped with a wired stereo handset, but hey, it’s got Bluetooth, so I’m sure you’ll end up buying spankin’ wireless ones.

The device features a mini USB interface. One of the nice things about the iPAQ is its QWERTY keyboard. It also features the familiar 5-way navigation key. Running on Windows Mobile 6, the device takes in microSD memory cards for added memory. There’s also an on-board 3-megapixel camera with flash.

There are tons of other details available on the FCC site, go check it out in your free time (which is RIGHT NOW, people!). No word on the pricing or availability yet.
