Surely there are a lot of people who are following American Idol seasons. Further, it would not be surprising to note the millions of people who aspire to qualify and be the next idol. But rather than lineup along with tons of contestants to get their chance, there is a new mobile way to get yourself discovered. And all this can be possible with iSing, a worldwide talent show which makes use of any iPhone or iPod Touch.
iSing is a mix of social networking and talent. Users get the chance to record a 30 second audition, publish it, then watch their recording climb the charts as their “fans” vote for (or against) it in this worldwide competition for stardom. It is that easy to use.
To give you an idea, here is a video demonstration of the iSing app:
The iSing can be downloaded at the App Store for only $0.99.

KTFT has added a new clamshell to its lineup, the EV-W530. The EV-W530 or the Audition features HSDPA 7.2Mbps with global roaming, a terrestrial DMB receiver, and an mp3 player with microSD support. Also thrown in are a 2-megapixel camera, English dictionary, Metro Maps, and a 3D “Sensibility” user interface to make menu navigation a little more fun. But what gives it the nickname of Audition is its keypad, which can form up to 16 different animations using the keypad’s LED lighting and the navigation keys that can display up to 8 different colors. A pretty cool feature to have if you are a teenager, but otherwise of no real use, if you ask us. There is no information on its release date or a price, but we are pretty sure that this won’t step out of Korean boundaries like all the other good Korean tech we come across.
