iBabyBuddy App for the iPhone

For the parents who have a hard time taking care of their child, here is an iPhone app made especially for you. You don’t have to worry anymore about how to get your child occupied with the new iBabyBuddy app for the iPhone. The new app is a great alternative for parents who would find themselves without a toy or anything to keep baby busy.

Designed to work with both the iPhone and iPod Touch, iBabyBuddy entertains, stimulates and teaches through interaction and discovery. The first release includes three must-have themes: animals, musical instruments and whimsical toy sounds. Combined with a Shake-n-Change feature, iBabyBuddy guarantees an endless array of non-stop, educational fun…and an opportunity for Mom or Dad to take a quick break from being the constant entertainer.

The iBabyBuddy app for the iPhone can be downloaded at the Apple App Store for only $1.99.

Doggie Dash for iPhones Released

If you loved Diner Dash, you are sure to love this other game from Glu Mobile. The app is Doggie Dash, where players take the roles of Walter and Scarlett who must get their pet spa up and running in DinerTown.

Players must get dirty dogs clean, trim matted cats back to fluffy perfection and put the perfect bow on prissy poodles while keeping the spa running smoothly for all their customers. The game is somewhat similar to the Dash game series.

“Our past work with Glu has resulted in exciting, enjoyable mobile versions of our hit games,” said Rich Roberts, vice president of sales and business development, PlayFirst. “Doggie Dash is one of the most popular DinerTown properties and we’re looking forward to offering our users another of their favorite PlayFirst games on-the-go.”

Features:

  • Dual Mode – Both story and endless shift capabilities with 25 levels of gameplay
  • Multiple Animals – Wash, trim and accessorize 10 different types of pets, each with their own characteristics and demands
  • Upgrades – 64 options to improve your spa to be the most pet-pleasing and efficient in DinerTown

The game is now available at all major carriers in North America. You can check it out as well at the Glu Mobile website.

So much for adult games for iPhone owners, give the kids a chance to enjoy some games on Apple’s popular device. Match 2 Catch from Mooee company is a great game to add so kiddies can match images to its sound and is specifically designed to improve memory training. Settings allow gameplay on the easier level, and Match 2 Catch features higher levels that are more difficult to finish.

The last three levels (10-12) the image is matched to its sound. Other levels are either image to image and sound to sound. Once all the levels are completed at one try, there is a short animation to show all the animals. The images are quite cute and young children should find them attractive.

Feature Highlights:

  • Children use their idle time with memory exercises
  • Recognize the sounds of different animals
  • Challenge children to better themselves and go to the next level
  • Compete with their friends and parents for highest score
