The HTC Tattoo is no Hero, but it still has the Android factor, which in itself is a selling point right now.  Vodafone has announced that its UK customers will have the first go at this 2.8-inch touchscreen device and according to the press release, it will be packing a few treats when it is released.  Riding alongside its 3.2 megapixel camera, 3.5mm headset jack, GPS, and microSD support will be an FM radio and Android 1.6 operating system.  That enough for you to buy this device? Android 1.6 or Donut might be on its way soon since it has already been spotted. It looks like Google is doing some house cleaning and fixing some important issues in the Android Market. Google has been working on a new interface and most importantly, it has announced that developers will now be allowed to add screenshots and improvements to the descriptions of their apps. This is quite a big deal and the new Android Market will be available together with Android 1.6 Donut.
