The Tele-Egg by Porta-Charge may be one of the cutest mobile phone accessories around. However, this little egg is actually a very effective gadget that alerts you to incoming calls even before your phone goes off, by kicking its legs.
It is invaluable for those times when it’s frowned upon to have your phone turned on. You could leave it on vibrate, but people can still hear that offensive buzzing noise. As a bonus, the Tele-Egg has an LCD clock and date to keep you in check. The Tele-Egg is available through Amazon UK and retails for £3.99.

mStation announced its new mophie juice pack, an iPhone accessory designed to extend your beloved phone’s battery. The juice pack comes pre-charged and will work right out of the box. With an integrated Lithium-polymer battery housed in a comfort-grip case, you can expect up to 250 hours of standby time, 8 hours of talk time, 6 hours of internet use, 7 hours of video playback or 24 hours of audio playback.
The juice pack itself can be charged using your iPhone’s charger. The intelligent power distribution ensures that the iPhone drains out the juice pack first. When you’re done with it, you still have a fully charged iPhone. There is a 4-LED battery status indicator on the back of the mophie - pressing a test button tells you how much power is left with it.
Priced at US $99.95, the mophie juice pack for the Apple iPhone will be available mid-December. Another model, targeted at the iPod touch, will make its way into the markets starting January 2008. It measures 2.5 x 4.75 x .75 inches and weighs in at 3 ounces.
