What you see above is a reportedly leaked document from Rogers that gives us a hint of what is to come of the iPhone 3G. As you can see, Rogers is apparantly gearing up to launch an 8GB iPhone 3GS that will most likely sell for a great dell less than the 16GB model, like as in a $99 price point.
But why would they do this? Well, buzz suggests that Apple will launch the 8GB iPhone 3GS to replace the dated iPhone 3G that currently sells for $99. We’ll keep you posted once an official announcement happens.

Someone clearly didn’t ready the soup recipe for the next generation iPod nano. Therefore Apple manufactured a few, and by a few I mean a small, undisclosed amount, new nanos with only 4GB of memory available. The nano will come only in two sizes officially: 8GB and the 16GB. The 4GB version spotted in Europe is probably the bastard brother that nobody planned for. (more…)

The Nokia N95 8GB has re-appeared at the FCC. This appears to be a minor update to the hugely popular smartphone. While the FCC documents filed by Nokia are cryptic at best, we managed to find some photographs of a battered N95. While the associated user manual does not have any information on what update the N95 has undergone, you can still go through it if you’ve misplaced your copy.
The Nokia N95 8GB costs US $779, and currently seems to be out of stock.

Close on the heels of the new Nokia N95 8GB model, Nokia announced the new Nokia N81 and N81 8GB models. The N81 features dedicated keys for gaming and music and offers a 3.5 mm headphone connector. Compatible with 3G networks, the phone also offers wireless LAN connectivity. Nokia is touting a new 3D multimedia menu on the N81, but I’ll believe it when I see it.
The Nokia N81 lets you access the Nokia Music Store and N-Gage games services, allowing you to search, buy and manage your music and games. Expect the Nokia N81 to be priced at €360, and the 8GB model at €430. Both mobile phones will hit the markets in Q4 2007.

Panasonic announced that it will soon launch a new 8GB high-speed SD memory card. The RP-SDV08GU1K 8GB high capacity SD (SDHC) memory card adds up to Panasonic’s line up of Pro High Speed models which already include the 1GB, 2GB and 4GB models. All are rated at a Class 6 Speed specification.
Later this year Panasonic will also unveil a 16GB model in this series. With new hi-res digital cameras and HD camcorders, the need for space on these gadgets is ever-increasing. Thanks to SD Memory Card v2.0 compatibility and the high capacity, the memory card guarantees minimum data transfer speeds of 6MB/sec.
The RP-SDV08GU1K memory card can record up to 2 hours of high definition video in AVCHD normal mode or about 3080 high resolution images. Fast enough for professional, broadcast-use digital cameras, you won’t have to worry about consecutive shooting on your new digital SLR camera.
The RP-SDV08GU1K will be priced at US $159.99 and will be available starting 8GB.
Specs in extended entry.
