Following the plan of Rogers to lower the price of BlackBerry Bold 9700 that was announced yesterday, they added a more discounts to other BlackBerry models.

- BlackBerry Bold now costs $100 with a 3-year contract;
- BlackBerry Curve 8900 is priced a $80 also with a 3-year contract;
- and the BlackBerry Curve 8250 costs only $50 after signing the 3-year contract;

As you can see Rogers is doing good prices, that is, if you become their client for 3 years.

We told you a long time ago that RIM was going to launch a certain BlackBerry called Atlas. Unfortunately for anyone anxious to see a brand new BlackBerry phone the Atlas is not new at all. The Atlas is just a Curve 8900 that’s able to make and receive calls in a CDMA network. The phone has leaked already but that doesn’t necessarily mean that RIM will launch it really soon. So check the picture on your left and spot the differences. Which one do you think the Atlas is? The one on the left or the one on the left?

While the Blackberry Bold has been on AT&T for some time now, the 8900 was just introduced to the service but regardless, both phones are getting a price drop.

Originally priced at $299.99 the Bold will be getting a price drop of $100 to $199.99 while the 8900 gets dropped from $199.99 to $149.99.

These are both welcome price drops considering they are 2 highly sought after phones. Perhaps RIM is looking to boost their market share before Apple drops a new iPhone?

The BlackBerry Curve 8900 is certainly a great device and AT&T will finally launch it. The phone will be available online and in AT&T stores starting with May 22 and it will cost you just $199. The question is, will anyone be interested in the Curve 8900 considering that the Pre and the iPhone are almost upon us? And let me remind you that the Curve 8900 doesn’t have 3G so that’s another reason for not buying one.

All those AT&T subscribers waiting for their carrier to finally offer the Curve 8900 should be feeling pretty happy right now. Word on the street is that the Curve 8900 is heading to AT&T and this BlackBerry will be available in stores in June. The phone will not come with any different features compared to the T-Mobile version so it won’t surprise you in any way. The prices for the 8900 haven’t been announced yet but you should expect AT&T’s Curve 8900 to cost as much as the T-Mobile version.

AT&T is finally going to launch the BlackBerry Curve 8900 which T-Mobile already has in stock. The 8900 will arrive sometime in February although we don’t know exactly when. The Pearl Flip 8210 will also arrive from AT&T and you should expect it sometime in March. There’s no official date for it either and as for pricing, we expect the Curve 8900 to sell for $199 on contract while the Flip will probably cost $99. All we need now is confirmation from AT&T.

T-Mobile’s BlackBerry Curve 8900 is now officially available. Go to the carrier’s site and check the phone out in its official beauty. The 3G-less smartphone will cost you $199 after $200 discount and $100 mail-in rebage with a plan, which is $50 more than what we’ve seen yesterday from Best Buy. And just in case you forgot what the BlackBerry 8900 is all about, well then I shall remind you. The 8900 is the latest RIM phone. It comes with WiFi support, the 4.6 OS for the Curve and a 3.2 megapixel camera.The phone looks great an it must feel great too as it’s the slimmest Berry yet. Too bad there’s no 3G support.

Looking forward to buying a Curve 8900? What do you say about a $149.99 price offer? It’s not a scam and it’s not an used Berry. It’s the price written down on that piece of paper here, a paper leaked from Best Buy’s inventory system. You’ll have to get a two-year T-Mobile contract if the paper is the real deal. Or get it contract-free for $649.99.

The BlackBerry 8900 Curve is going to arrive from T-Mobile in the USA in February. But this Berry is also going to India to join the Pearl Flip 8220 and the Storm. Not just one but three carriers are going to get the 8900 Curve: Reliance, Airtel and Vodafone. The retail price will be around $572 or Rs. 27,990 which is pretty expensive. Will the 8900 be a hit or will people choose the Storm instead?

T-Mobile will bring the 8900 Curve to all of its customers, including companies. And the enterprise pricing rumors have started to arrive. How much will a new 8900 cost for your employees? The Berry will cost $499.99 without a contract, $249.99 with a one-year agreement and $199.99 with a two-year agreement.

The 8900 Curve will arrive to corporate customers this Monday while everyone else will get it on February 11th. Pricing for the rest of us is said to be the same as for business customers but we’ll confirm that later this month.

There’s nothing new here folks other than the fact that T-Mobile has decided to finally announce officially the BlackBerry 8900 Curve for a February release. We’re glad to say we’ve told you so! The phone is coming as expected and rumors say the handset has arrived in T-Mobile stores already.

Let’s do a tiny recap of specs then. The 8900 isn’t as cool as the Thunder or the Bold for that matter. Or so do some people say. But it’s a very dependable Berry. It comes with OS 4.6.1 on board, a 512 MHz processor, a 480 x 360 display, WiFi and HotSpot support and GPS. The full QWERTY keyboard is present and if we can deal with a non-touch display we will certainly miss the 3G support.

T-Mobile seems to be ready for 2009. And the carrier will apparently launch the BlackBerry 8900 Curve on February 18th. That’s what people say so far although none of this is actually confirmed yet. Well we’ve seen the Bold and the Storm this year and now the 8900 has emerged. We’ve seen the Storm vs the 8900 and we’ve seen all the bad news surrounding Verizon’s release of the Storm. Is it time we went back to regular BlackBerries?

Are you a Blackberry fan? Cause I know I am! I totally dig the cool way RIM have allowed us to mix pleasure with business when it created these highly new intelligent handsets. The only problem is there are now too many to choose from. How do you know what the best pick is eventually? Do you happen to have an old one and would like to swap it with a brand new one over the holidays, but just don’t know which one to pick? The Storm is really amazing with its features and functionality, and all that is achieved without the usual QWERTY keyboard. The Curve 8900 which is a definite upgraded version of the former Blackberry phones is a dependable smartphone for anyone that would like an old fashion keyboard to play with.

Take a quick glance at this video, where the two are being compared and it might help you solve your dilemma. It could be a little longer but then again size doesn’t matter, does it?

The BlackBerry 8900 Curve which was announced to the US market a few weeks ago, and to Rogers a few days ago, has just seen been added to the UK market thanks to O2 Wireless. The handset will hit the shelves next year, on January 15th, and the price varies according to the plan you chose. It can go from $310 to free, so pick wisely.

For now you can visit the O2 website to get notifications, as well as to make a pre-order.

- 3.2 MP camera with auto focus and geotagging
- Play games & download more games from Gameloft
- Watch Video on the excellent screen

Besides the Storm which created lots of buzz lately, RIM has other Berries ready for the grabbing. Such a BlackBerry is the 8900 Curve which is available from Rogers.

The smartphone features a 2.4 inch screen that senses the light around it, a 512MHz processor, quad-band EDGE, WiFi, a 3.2 megapixel camera, GPS, a microSDHC card slot, Bluetooth 2.0 and a removable battery. Yes, there’s no 3G unfortunately. The 8900 Curve will cost $179.99 with an interminably 3-year long plan. Better get a Storm you say?

BlackBerry Curve 8900 in the US

If all the currently available BlackBerry phones in the US market aren’t good enough for your needs, and you want something that is common in Germany, don’t worry because the Curve 8900 will make its appearance on North America during the first quarter of 2009.

There is no information about the price so far, but some of the features of this BlackBerry include a 512MHz processor, GPS, and a resolution display of 480×360 pixels.

Well we have this weird picture up here. It’s a 3G Bold/Storm/Javelin phone with a touchscreen and a full QWERTY keyboard. It’s supposed to be called the Pluto but it might as well be called the Magnum, or maybe even both.

The new RIM device is likely to be announced sometime in May 2009 at the WES. The Magnum might just be the mix between the Bold, the Curve 8900 and the Storm. The Magnum is rumored to be smaller, faster and, well, touchier? There’s no point in guessing here. We need some serious leaks people! Any RIM associates that care to elaborate on this matter?

Sure RIM has great phones but I wouldn’t pay $17,000 for any of them, no matter how much money I’d have. But since on eBay everything is possible, a bid for the BlackBerry 8900 Javelin has been won at $17,100.00. Is that person that desperate to get the Javelin? Why not buy a better RIM phone? The Bold? The Thunder?

Or did somebody else buy the device? You know, from the competition? Considering that the Javelin hasn’t been released yet that might just be it.
