JBL unveiled two new headphones in its Reference line-up. The JBL Reference 420 and Reference 610 offer comfort and JBL’s signature high quality audio. The Reference 420 is designed for use when traveling, offering plenty of bass and weighing in at just 170 grams. Of course, don’t be fooled by its light weight; it is rugged enough to handle the hazards of travel.
The JBL Reference 610 headphones on the other hand offer wireless comfort thanks to Bluetooth support. You can pair almost any of your Bluetooth-enabled gadget to listen to audio comfortably without disturbing your roommates. When using with Apple’s iPod, you can leave the player in your pocket, since the Reference 610 also features music control buttons for the iPod. You can control volume, track selection and play/pause directly from the headphones. The necessary iPod dongle is supplied with the headphones.
Both the Reference 420 and Reference 610 are made of leather, and designed for all-day wearing. No word on the pricing yet.
