All The Latest Cell Phone, Gadget and Tech News

Sure, it’s not as cool as Nokia’s recently announced N97 mini, but it looks like a RAZR and that’s cool enough for me. Anyways, what you see above is the Nokia Mural which was recently announced to be coming to AT&T on September 6th for $49.99 after rebate and a 2-year contract.

This phone will feature a 2.2-inch screen, 3G, external music buttons, 2mp camera, IM and email clients, and a microSDHC slot.

The best feature of all? The fact that you can customize the phone’s lighting, woo!

Samsung has just announced that their SCH-W8300 handset is now available in South Korea on the LGT, SKT and KTF carriers.

This device features a 2MP camera, spring loaded flip design and a special external display capable of producing a “variety of illumination and light effects”. Other specs include GSM/3G HSDPA support, preloaded games and gesture control.

When I say gesture control I mean you can turn your phone face down to ignore a call. Pretty cool right?

Back in June we were met with a leaked screen shot suggesting that Samsung’s Reclaim would be coming to Sprint at some point in the future. Today, however, Samsung has come forth to announce that the Reclaim is now available on Sprint for $49.99 after a 2-year contract and mail-in rebates.

The main selling point of the phone is the fact that it is 80% recyclable but it’s slide out QWERTY keyboard, 2.3″ display, microSD slot and 2MP camera make it a worthy competitor to similary priced phones.

We’ve been hearing about this handset for a long time but it seems RIM has finally decided its time to let the BlackBerry Curve 8520 out of the bag.

This phone will officially feature a 320 x 240 resolution display, 2MP camera with video capture, WiFi, a track pad in place of the iconic track ball and the ability to sync up with Macs right out of the box. This is probably thanks to the Mac version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager that we heard about not too long ago.

Better yet, RIM has also us know that those rumors of the 8520 coming to T-Mobile were true as the phone will officially drop on said carrier August 5th for $129.99.

If rumors are to be believed, it seems that for about 2 weeks Walmart will be the exclusive carrier of T-Mobile’s BlackBerry Curve 8520 starting on August 5th.

For those who don’t know the BlackBerry 8520 features a 320 x 240 resolution display, 2MP camera, WiFi, quad-band GSM and RIM’s OS 5.0. Unfortunately, those looking for a 3G capable device will be discouraged to hear that this will not feature said connectivity.

Alternatively, if you want to grab one ahead of the competition you can always count on eBay.

Originally thought to be only launching in the UK, Nokia’s 7020 has recently made its way through the FCC and gained approval.

As you can see, this phone isn’t exactly top of the line but is sure to be priced alongside other budget phones on the market. The 7020 is apparantly EDGE only but features a 2MP camera and internal display with no word on resolution or size.

There’s no telling what carrier this will be on as EngadgetMobile points out, there are no brandings to be found. However, once we hear of a price point and/or carrier we will notify you.

It was recently made known that the Motorla Evoke QA4 that was spotted on Motorola’s website last month has officially been made available through Cricket.

This little guy packed a 2.8 inch touchscreen keyboard which users can use to text message via an on-screen keyboard if they choose not to use the Evoke’s slide-out numerical pad. The home screen can be fully customized with widgets where users can do things like check up on RSS feeds or link to websites using the phone’s full HTML browser and 3G connectivity. Additionally the Evoke features a 2.0MP camera capable of capturing VGA video, Bluetooth functionality, voice activated dialing and a microSD slot for added storage.

The bad news? Motorola’s Evoke QA4 will run you $299.99. Still interested? Head over to www.mycricket.com for more information.
