T-swivel UMPC/MID/Handset Appears Out of Nowhere

What is this device here and who made it? It has appeared out of nowhere in a Korean article. It’s a T-swivel UMPC, MID or handset. It has a full QWERTY keyboard, a small touchpad and some mouse buttons. Are we to understand there’s no touchscreen there? Why would you need a touchpad if there was a touchscreen too? We don’t have any specs but we’d sure like to know more.

If you happen to recognize the phone drop us a line!
