T-Mobile's 3G Goes to Town with Data

|

T-Mobile USA is the company launching their new 3G wireless network in New York. That you already know right? We told you it was bound to happen and I am sure other have as well. We all have also told you that at first, 3G under T-Mobile was supposed to come without data transfer as this feature was to be added afterwards.

But guess what, and I am glad to announce this, T-Mobile has fully launched 3G today in full. Better phone calls and more importantly for some users, better data transfer speed for all subscribers in the New York City area. For now that is, as 3G will be implemented in other important metropolitan areas with lots of T-Mobile customers waiting for it.

T-Mobile also offer a variety of phones that will operate within the UMTS network. They will connect to the best available network whether it's 3G or GMS/GPRS/EDGE for best quality. In the months to come, HSDPA phones are to be released under T-Mobile's name to further enrich the 3G experience they want to offer to all customers.

New York has gone 3G and we're going to let you know when other major cities will join T-Mobile's revolution.
