Apparently, existing T-Mobile customers can snatch the Google Android-powered G1 handset for as little as $179.99 (before taxes and fees), subject to a 2-year service agreement. As an existing T-Mobile customer, I logged in to my online account to see if I can pre-order for a review, but this is what I get.

So their servers are overloaded at the moment. I’ll wait a couple of hours and see if the frenzy has died down.
