According to a few T-Mobile leaked shots, the Sidekick 2008 will be released just in a couple of weeks, on July 30th. What is a Sidekick 2008? What? You haven’t heard of it? What about the Sidekick Gekko? The Sidekick Gekko is the Sidekick 2008. A weird name since it’s going to be released almost in August.

The Sidekick 2008 is just a regular cell phone. There’s nothing particular about it. If you’re still interested in it, here are some of its features:

• 2.6 inch WQVGA screen
• Video recording
• Stereo A2DP Bluetooth
