T-Mobile G1 Usable Without Activation?

A day after the G1 has been released to the masses and it looks like it’s usable without any T-Mobile activation. Simply insert a T-Mobile SIM and go through the phone setup process. You might end up with a partially usable phone. There’s full network access reported without voice call support. This is still a partially confirmed rumor, so we’ll present more details when we get them. Stay close by with the G1 in your hand!
